Dear Diary,

Avni again.

I really have one crush to deal with at school. I know nothing about him...

"The man who saved me was ice-cold in every way. His sharp brown eyes, devoid of emotion, sent a chill through me. Every movement he made was calculated and controlled, his posture rigid, like he was always ready for a fight. He didn't say a word, but his silence spoke volumes-unreadable, unbreakable, and untouchable."

Ugh, God save me.

I grabbed my bag and went to class, but I didn't see him. Dad asked me if I liked school. I said I did, but I haven't told him about Avinash yet... now that I have a protector.

I was just about to meet him, but he didn't show up at the assembly. Afterward, I ran to class and asked Nia for help.

She looked shocked. "Why do you want to find him?"

"For a talk... I just want to say thank you-"

But she cut me off. "He doesn't talk to girls much. Be careful with him, he can be rude too," she warned me. But I'll make him talk to me, I thought.

I saw Karv walking somewhere with Dhruv, so I ran toward them. When I reached them, I stopped, and they looked at me.

"Hi?" I said. He stared at me closely.

"Who?" My face fell.
"You saved me at the party... new student?"

I tried to jog his memory, and finally, he seemed to recognize me. He nodded. "Is he bothering you again?" he asked. I shyly shook my head.

"Great then," he said, but by the time I looked up, he was already gone.

He's so rude. Why are his eyes always so cold?

I kicked the ground in frustration.

As Sheya read the diary, her inner self burned with jealousy.

This girl was after Karv! But she needed to know the truth about the past, which is the only reason she was reading this.

Otherwise, who would want to read about their partner's past? It's normal to have a past, but reliving it? That's not what Sheya wanted.

"I'm no one to blame, but how, in the whole world, did her crush turn out to be Karv?"

She shrugged it off.
"Bhagwan ji, what is this?"

She shrugged again and went to sleep.

The next morning, she woke up to a knock.

Still half-asleep, she quickly hid the book. When she opened the door, there he was-with breakfast in hand.
