A trolls horns indicate how a trolls bulge will look like. If they have double sets, they'll have double bulges. Trolls with bigger horns will have bigger bulges. However, a mutant blood's horns won't indicate bulge size, as the horns are usually really nubby. Instead, they'll be at least 3 inches, but can range up to 6 inches long.
