Sorscha slowly walked back towards the toddler room, noticing how she couldn't hear Benjamin's sobbing anymore. As soon as she entered the room, she felt her jaw drop. Marjorie managed to get Benjamin to stop crying. "You did it!?" She exclaimed instantly getting shushed by Marjorie.
"I've just got him to calm down." She whispered quietly, hoping Sorscha wont accidentally wake him up.
"Would you like me to get him off of you?"
"Please. " She replied, as Sorscha gently picked him up and brought him through to the nap room.
As soon as she got up from the armchair she rushed back towards the doors of her office, she slowly opened the door as she tried to be quiet knowing that Autumn was asleep on Winter inside the office.
Once she walked into the office, she glanced over to Winter and Autumn realising that they were both asleep. She smiled at them but part of her felt jealous. Why can't I get one? She thought to herself, feeling sad over not being able to make her family proud of her.
A few hours later
"Autumn, Autumn..." Winter repeated in an attempt to wake her up. "The power's back."
"Okay..." Autumn replied as she attempted to open her eyes not even realising what Winter had asked. Once her eyes had adjusted she glanced around the room causing her to notice how Marjorie was asleep at her desk. "Oh."
"I told her that we were just talking and you fell asleep." He began to explain, as she smiled at him. "I don't know if it convinced her though."
"Thank you Winter." Autumn whispered, gently pressing her lips against his. "I guess I'll wake Marjorie up..."
"I should probably check on the others..." Winter replied, as he got up from the couch. "See you later."
"See you later." Autumn couldn't help but smile at how well her life had been going. But part of her still expected something bad to happen, much like how her childhood played out with how her father would raise her after her mum left her and her brother. How her brother pretended someone she had a crush on wanted to go to prom with her until it was revealed her brother set the whole think up. Part of her just expected her father or her brother to find a way to ruin it all.
"Marjorie?" She asked, not realizing how her smile had faded. "Marjorie wake up."
"5 more minutes?" Marjorie tiredly asked, causing Autumn to feel annoyed with her.
"No. Get up now!" Autumn exclaimed, forcing Marjorie to slowly lift her head from the desk.
"Oh, the power is back!" Marjorie asked, with her voice sounding full of excitement. "Is that why you were waking me up?"
"NO SHIT SHERLOCK." She exclaimed, as Marjorie caught on to her bad mood. "Now. Are we keeping the nursery open or just closing for the day?"
"I guess we wait for Celia to pick Benjamin up."

"Winter, hey!!" Sorscha exclaimed watching Winter enter the toddler room. "So you're with Autumn?"
"What, No!" Winter felt his heart drop, not knowing that Autumn was standing behind him."And even if we were. It's not any of your business understood? We are just friends, JUST FRIENDS. So we'd both greatly appreciate if you would all stop asking if we are dating eachother. Okay?"
Sorscha gestured to him that someone was behind him, causing him to turn around. He weakly smiled as soon as he realised that it was Autumn.
"I completely agree. Please mind your own businesses. " Autumn replied, as she returned a smile to Winter. "The nursery is going to be closed today. Marjorie is phoning Celia to try and get her to come and pick him up. She'll stay, and said that we can go home."
"Okay. Thank you Autumn."
Autumn quietly walked out the toddler room towards not aware how Winter followed her out.
"Would you like a lift?" He quietly asked, causing her to turn back towards him.
"Please."

A couple of hours had passed and much to Marjorie's relief Celia had finally shown up to pick her sun up from nursery. Almost a day late.
"Where have you been!?" Marjorie shouted, watching her walk into the toddler room laughing.
"It's a funny story actually." She answered causing Marjorie to roll her eyes. I doubt thats the case. "Me and a close friend went to london for a concert..."
"Which is why you asked if Benjamin could stay for the night?" Celia nodded her head as Marjorie felt more and more annoyed with her. "I'm sorry but despite the fact that you were told you couldn't. You left your child here!? Yes I know the power was out. But it's been back for hours. We are going to have to unenrol Benjamin from this establishment and you'll need to find a new nursery. "
"Okay. I'm sorry Marjorie." Although Marjorie knew that it was a strange thing to be excited about, but part of her felt thrilled how she managed to handle Celia without the help of Autumn. Another part of her knew how excited her staff would be knowing how they wouldn't have to deal with Celia anymore. She quickly rushed back to her office to grab her jacket and headed towards the door of the nursery. As soon as she left the nursery she heard a familiar voice call out her name. Once she looked in the direction the voice was coming from she quickly recognised who it was. Summer?
"Summer, you know we're closed right?"
"Yes but I need to report an urgent issue." Summer replied, sounding as if she was annoyed. "I lost my hair straighteners at the nursery.
"What?"
