it's been a few days since the two madden sisters went out to lunch, and the brunette now continued to fix her hair as pitch perfect plays lightly on her tv.
she was gonna be spending the day with mason. she was supposed to go have lunch with mika, but she was forced to film another vlog for her sister's channel.
so here dani was getting ready while watching one of her favorite movies in the entire world.
just as the movie was about to end, she heard a ping come from her phone.
mason - mase !!
dani - dani :)
mase !!
hey i'm outside
dani :)
okok i'm coming down like rn
mase !!

dani :)

mase !! laughed at this message
a honk could be heard from outside the house as dani puts on her shoes. "i'm going i'm going, damn" she says to herself laughing lightly. she grabs her keys, wallet, airpods and lipgloss as she walks out of the house and sees a certain brunette curly head.
"took you long enough" mason says jokingly as dani gets into the passenger seat. "yeah yeah whatever" she says while giving him a small hug.
"so what music do you listen to" mason asks after breaking the hug. "i don't care play whatever you want" dani says.
mason shrugs as he scrolls through his spotify, eventually finding a playlist and allowing it to play. frank ocean's song white ferrari begins to play. dani lets out a small gasp, "stop i love frank ocean so much"
"no way me too. he's basically like my go to artist" mason says as he concentrated on driving. the entire time the two talked about everything and anything. they got to know each other more. really know each other. what their favorite colors were, birthdays, filming, the whole gist of it.
it felt weird that they only ever knew each other for a couple of weeks. it felt like they've known each other for so long.
"where are we going anyways?" dani asks as they continue driving around. "well i'm starving so we're going to my favorite diner" mason says as he takes a left.
the two arrive at a cozy looking diner. it was small. but dani could tell that she would already love it.
after parking the car, mason gets out while dani starts to gather her stuff. the door on her side suddenly opens and she sees a brunette curly head holding the door "after you m'lady" mason says while attempting to make an accent.
"why thank you kind sir" dani says back while laughing lightly.
the two walk in the diner and see so many others enjoying their meals. families, friends, and even couples.
soon enough, an older lady walks up to them. she had raven hair with a few grays slowly growing out. dani thought that she looked like she runs the place.
"mason! oh it's so good to see you, dear" the older lady says. "hi cindy it's good to see you two" mason replies.
"you guys haven't been here in forever. what happened?" she says. "oh you know, filming and stuff. but hey, i'm here now!" he replies to her.
