"Nigga it's 3 in the afternoon you just getting up ?" Carlos asked as I opened the door to let him and Key in
"Yea" I nodded while walking towards the kitchen
"Damn nigga you look like shit" Key said
"I was at the studio all night and when I got back I couldn't sleep" I sighed
"Nigga why ?" Carlos asked
"Alot was on my mind"
"You and Kyla still not talking ?" Key asked
I shook my head "we not together nigga"
"What happened with ya'll anyway ?" Carlos asked
"She thought I was cheating on her"
"Were you ?" Key asked while walking to the pantry
I scrunched my face "No, y'all know I don't even get down like that" I said before explaining the full story to them
"Wait, why didn't you just tell her who the girl was in the first place ?" Carlos asked
"Because I was mad. Mad at the fact that she would think I'd cheat on her, mad that she didn't trust me, and mad that she was yelling early in the morning" I explained
"Then she automatically accused me of cheating instead of trying to communicate" I added
"I mean can you blame her ? You did text your ex" Key pointed out
I sighed "I know, but still" I shook my head
"Y'all both have valid reasons to be upset, but this wasn't something y'all needed to break up over" Carlos said before drinking some of his water
"I don't wanna be with her if she doesn't trust me, whats a relationship if we don't trust each other ?"
"Y'all just need to talk" Key shrugged
"Yea and that's not happening"
"You a dick head, Kyla was a real one. You know it's hard to find a girl like her in ATL" Key said smacking on some goldfish
"He ain't lying" Carlos agreed
"You gone be mad as hell when another nigga snatch her up" he added pointing at me
