Lan Zhan, Please Come With Me?

Chapter Four

The first thing Lan Xichen did is when he left the burial mound, he went straight to the Nie clan. 'I can't let anything happen to Wangji. It seem like whatever it is that Jin Guangshan said, it is all a lie.' "Zewu Jun, what's bring you here?" One of the Nie disciple asked.

"Can you go let Chifeng Zun know that Lan Xichen is here to see him," the Nie disciple nodded his head as he went to get Chifeng Zun. A minute later that same disciple came back, "Zewu Jun, you can come in now Chifeng Zun is waiting for you," the gate to the Nie clan is being raise up to let Lan Xichen to come inside.

"Xichen ge, what's wrong?" Asked Nie Huaisang who is with his brother Nie Mingjue. "I went to see Wangji and Wei Wuxian. What Jin Guangshan said about Wei Wuxian is a lie, what he said about the Wen remnant is a lie."

The two Nie brothers looked at each other then back to Lan Xichen, "Xichen, what did you see there?" Nie Mingjue asked.

"All I see is farmer, non cultivator, old man, old women and a child. There is no army there."

"Da ge?"

"Mingjue Xiong, I know that you have a grudge against the Wen but these people thar I saw, they can't hold a sword nor can they fight back. Can you let them go? Please understand why Wei Wuxian is doing this, he doesn't want any innocent people to get kill by us or more like by the Jin clan."

"Da ge, I agree with Xichen ge. We can't kill those whose can't hold a sword nor can they fight back. If we do, we're the one who have blood on our hand beside....Wei xiong is my best friends. I don't want to fight him nor go to war against him."

Nie Mingjue sigh since he can't argue back with his sworn brother Lan Xichen and his didi Nie Huaisang, "Alright, I will do as you said Xichen. Does Jiang gongzi know?" He asked.

"He does but I don't think he will stand up for Wei Wuxian. He afraid that other clan will attack him or said bad thing about his clan." Lan Xichen.

Burial Mound

"Lan Zhan, what do you think Zewu Jun will do? He did see what Wen Qing family is like," Wei Ying asked while helping the Wen remnant to build a house to live in.

"Don't worry Xiong zhang will tell Chifeng Zun what he has seen here. Only Chifeng Zun believe in Xiong Zhang. The two of them did grow up together ever since Chifeng Zun went to cloud Recesse for his guest lecture."

"Then that mean, if someone who doesn't believe in Zewu Jun. Chifeng Zun will stand up to tell everyone that he believes in Zewu Jun?" Wei Ying asked.

"Mn. Like how I will do the same for you Wei Ying," Wei Ying have a blush on his face as his heart skip a beat when Lan Zhan smiled at him. "You can't do this to me, Hanguang Jun!"

Lan Zhan blinked at this, "do what?"

"Smile at me and say thing that make my heart skip a beat."

"That is because I love you, Wei Ying."

"You...You...You love me?" Lan Zhan nodded his head, "I love you too."

The following day, there is a discussion Conference at Jinlintai. They are talking about how Wei Ying is siding with the enemy and that he have hurt sect leader Jiang Wanyin. Lan Xichen is shock to hear a lie coming from Jin Guangshan, 'that is a lie! I was there too! Wei gongzi didn't hurt Sect leader Jiang.'

"If we don't take down Wei Wuxian and his army of Wen then he will win against us."

Lan Xichen still looking at Jiang Wanyin, 'Why isn't he said anything to stop this? He know the truth. He saw them with us own two eye. If you won't stand up for Wei Wuxian, then I will,' Lan Xichen slammed his hand onto the table.

The whole room went quiet, they all turn to look at Lan Xichen. "Everything you said is a lie, Jin Guangshan."

"A lie?"

"Yes, there is no army, there is only old man, women, farmer, children and non cultivator. What you said is a lie, I saw them with my own two eye it is the same with Sect leader Jiang," Lan Xichen stand up, "I will not go to war against Wei Wuxian and the Wen remnant. I know what you are doing Jin Guangshan, I won't fall for it. As for going to war, I will fight against you and everyone here with the help from Nie Mingjue."

Nie Mingjue stand up, "I believe in everything that Xichen just said. I won't got to war with innocent people who didn't shed any blood on their hand. If a fight you want...I will help Xichen to go to war against all of you. Huaisang," Nie Huaisang stand up next to his brother. Nie Mingjue take his brother hand, "Xichen, Huaisang, let's go," so the Nie and Lan left from there.

"Wait Zewu Jun, Chifeng Zun, I will go as well." The two turn to see Mian Mian walking over to them, "Just like Wei gongzi said...the Jin clan has become just like the Wen clan. I don't want to be in a clan that kill innocent people."

Once again Lan, Nie and Mian Mian left from there without turning around to look at the greedy clan.

"Guniang where will you go now?" Nie Huaisang asked. "I can use my swordmanship and cultivation skill to help out those who can't protect themselves," Mian Mian look at Lan Xichen, "Zewu Jun, if you see Wei gongzi again. Please tell Wei gongzi that I believe in him. What he did isn't wrong at all, he is a good cultivator, someone who protect the innocent and protect the weak," after saying all of that Mian Mian gave a bow and left from there.

"It look like there are people who believe in Wei xiong, I also believe in Wei xiong as well."

"Huaisang?" Nie Mingjue looked at his didi. "Wei xiong is my friend, my first friend, I don't want to go to war against him nor do I want my Da ge to fight him. It make me wonder," Lan Xichen and Nie Mingjue looked at each other then back to Nie Huaisang, "make you wonder what, Huaisang?" Asked hus da ge.

"What is Jin Guangshan trying to do to Wei Xiong and Jiang xiong? I get the feeling that he is trying to distance the two of them." Nie Mingjue take his didi hand, "Let's go. We need to talk in private." 'If Jin Guangshan is going to war with Wei Wuxian, then we should warn them or find a way to protect the Wen remnant.'
