A/N: I feel like this chapter sucked, as I HATE writing about pregnancy. But I had to do it so I'll just try (and probably fail) to make the parts shorter-Eternal Keeper

*outside the bathroom*

"Linh? How did it go?" Biana pushed open the door, bring the shocked Linh back into the present world.

Speechless, Linh forced her numb hand to raise and flash the strip in front of Biana's eyes.

"You're pregnant, congratulations!" Biana clapped her hands together and smiled brightly, a stark contrast to what Linh was feeling at the moment.

Linh shook her head slowly, dumbfounded. "No, no, no. It can't be. It can't be. I didn't do anything to get pregnant..."

Biana seemed to be deep in thought, and she looked confused too. "I think...someone must have rigged your food and drinks so you could get pregnant. You know what, let's save this thought for later. We have to tell Fitz first." She hooked an arm around Linh (is this like the third time I'm writing this phrase already?) and guided her down the stairs and into the living room.

*in the living room in front of the kotlc crew*

Of course, when they got down, Linh saw Fitz looking itching to know what had happened, and Tam and him fighting over who got to ask her first.

"Do you want to tell them or should I?" Biana whispered in Linh's ear.

Linh squared her shoulders, "I'll do it."

She walked calmly (or maybe not) to where her husband and brother were. "I-I'm pregnant."

Fitz and Tam gasped in unison, but Fitz got to her first.

"That's wonderful, Linh! Our baby will be perfect, just like you..." He murmured as he pulled Linh close, giving her a tender kiss on the top of her head.

Linh shook her head, her face buried in Fitz's chest.

"I'm scared, Fitz! I've never been pregnant before, I have no idea how it's like..." she exclaimed, her brows furrowing as tears pooled in her eyes.

Fitz rubbed her back soothingly, and suggested that she visit the Healing Centre first.

All of Linh's friends nodded and offered to accompany her. Linh almost started to cry again, her friends were all so supportive.

"I'm sorry that our sleepover ended like this...you guys don't need to follow me, you know..." She mumbled.

Sophie, who was silent in the corner, said, "Come on, Linh. Friends stick together. Now let's go."

She hooked Linh's arm through hers, Biana took the other, and the others followed them as they leaped away,

*at Healing Centre*

"Hey, what brings you here today, Sophie?" Elwin addressed Sophie first, probably because she was the most frequent patient.

Sophie shook her head and gave Linh a little push forward, "Actually, Linh needs a check-up. You see, she's pregnant."

Elwin blushed a little but still kept his cool. "Okay, Linh. Please take a seat on this chair."

He then turned and shouted into the lab, "Livvy!"

Physic, who was also known as Livvy, came stroding out of the laboratory with a contraption slung over her back.

"Here, Linh. This might be awkward, but can you lift your dress up so I can take a look at your stomach?" Livvy knelt down beside the chair and said.

Linh felt her face burn but still pulled up the soft fabric of her full-body dress to expose her stomach to Livvy.

Nodding gratefully, Livvy stuck the stethoscope into her ears and pressed the other end to Linh's stomach lightly.

As the cool metal disc slowly moved down to the place where her womb was located, Livvy shifted it around before taking down some notes.

"Beep!" The large machine connected to the stethoscope blinked. Livvy smiled, "You are currently a month pregnant. Linh, you have a healthy baby in there." She pointed to Linh's stomach.

Linh sighed with relief, and Fitz asked, "Livvy, do you have any suggestions for her?"

Livvy thought about it for a while, then said, "Not really. Just have a balanced diet and get some light to moderate exercise. Remember, Linh. Moderate, not intense. Otherwise it wouldn't be good for your baby."

Nodding, Linh thanked Livvy, then leaped away with the others.

*at Biana's house*

When they arrived back, Biana checked the time, "Oh no! It's 10 in the morning already! I promised Aurora and Piper that I'll go fetch them at 9!"

Linh nodded, "I think we should all go back home."

Biana agreed, "Call me if anything happens. I'm on speed dial!" She then vanished, bringing Tam along with her.

As Tam and Biana left, Linh felt an arm hook around her. It was Fitz.

"You had a rough day, huh?" He smiled gently.

Shaking her head lightly, Linh leaned back against Fitz.

"I know what you're worrying about, Linh. It's gonna be okay, our baby will be just as perfect as Aurora and Piper."

Linh nodded gently and suggested that they go home. Fitz agreed and they leapt away to their house, Wavecrest. 

The rest of the members of the crew also decided to leave for their respective homes.
