Bullying 2

Mike walked into the school, head up high with a small smile on his face.

It was the first day of school and he was hoping to make a good first impression.

The only problem was his hair.. it had the shape of a bowl-cut with the back grown out, making him look like a mushroom.

It didn't help either that his face looked more frog-like than an actual face, which he absolutely hated.

Not the best look, if you ask him. But hopefully, he won't get bullied for that, right?

He walked into his first class and sat down in his seat, but was immediately called on by the teacher as the teacher asked if anyone would be welcoming enough to take him on a tour around the school.

Lots of kids raised their hands. All but 2 of them.

"Ah, you two in the back!" Everyone else groaned and put their hands down while the two kids shot their heads up in surprise. "Would either of you be able to take our new student here on a tour?"

The brown haired kid sighed, and shot the redhead girl a grin.. Weird. "Yeah, I guess I'll show him around."

"How sweet of you!" The teacher said, now turning Mike. "Now.." She trailed off.

"Mike." He finished for her.

"Mike. Okay. Mike, this is.." She she paused

"I'm Will. Nice to meet you.. Mike." He said, reaching his hand out for Mike to shake, but pulled away snickering as Mike went to shake it.

"Yes, this is Will." She finished, gesturing to the kid. "He'll be showing you around and helping you get settled here at the school."

Mike saw Will's face shoot into a grin and stared at the red-haired girl excitedly.

"Okay, I'll write you a pass and let you two go."

"So." Will said as they were walking through the halls, dragging out the 'o' in 'so'. "Tell me about yourself, new kid."

Mike looked up at him, he had curious eyes. "There's not much to me. I don't know what to say." He said, shoving his hands into his pockets and bringing his shoulders down.

"Oh, come on." Will pushed, a tint of annoyance on his voice. "There's much to everyone, you can't just go around thinking there's nothing to you."

I wrote this last month, then i realized some of it didn't make sense and I didn't want to go back and fix it, so this is what you're getting
