"YOU SURE THIS IS THE SPOT?" Daryl asked as he examined the small cave that Rick told him he left Sophia.

Juliet stood quite far from the group, just looking around for any sign of the little girl.

She didn't want to be here, with Rick again. But, it wasn't about her or how a lump formed in her throat every time she heard Rick's voice, as it took her back right when he said those words.

"I left her right here." Rick reassured, as Daryl stepped back from the small cave above the creek that he and Rick were standing in, "I drew the walkers way off in that direction up the creek. She was gone by the time I got back here, I figured she just took off and ran back to the group and I told her to go that way, and keep the sun on her left shoulder."

"Hey, princess! Why don't you step off to one side? You're mucking up the trail!" Daryl called out, he had kept an eye on Juliet ever since she got here. The girl was shifting in her place, rocking back and forth, staring at the trees as if Sophia was up there.

"Oh, okay." The girl responded absentmindedly as she stepped back.

"You're saying that assuming she knows her left from her right." Shane said, in response to Rick's reenactment of the last time he saw the little girl.

"Shane, she understood me fine." Rick defended.

"Kid's tired and scared, man. She had her close call with two walkers. Makes you wonder how much of you said stuck."

"Got clear prints right here..." Daryl informed, as he pointed to the direction where Rick told her to go, "She did like you said, headed back to the highway."

They followed the small shoe prints along the dirt, and they were prominent and headed straight to the highway. Until they suddenly changed direction.

She completely changed her direction, making a sharp turn to the right...

"She was doing fine, until here." Daryl said, examining the prints, "All she had to do was keep going."

"Why'd she just veer off that way?" Glenn asked.

"Something must've scared her," Juliet answered, examining the area near the little girl's footprints. "Probably a walker."
