[As soon as Miller swung first at Adam, a fistfight between the two broke out. As Clyde and Ronnie Anne look on worriedly, Lincoln looks around, before spotting the solitary confinement boxes and running over to them while no one is watching. Adam manages to knock down Miller, who tries to go for his handgun, only for O'Brien to arrive and shoot in the air to stop the commotion.]

O'Brien: That's enough, Miller. The fight's over.

Miller: [Gets back up] I ain't finished yet.

O'Brien: From the look of things, I'd say you were. Besides, you were being unfair to young Lincoln.

Miller: [Confused] First, we capture this kid for burglary. Now, you're suddenly-

O'Brien: [Grabs Miller by the collar and brings him close] I'm trying to prevent the whole of Royal Woods and Great Lakes City from barging into our county and ruining my plans. If you go as far as to attack those sisters of his, you'd bring the whole thing down. Got it? [Miller reluctantly nods, and O'Brien releases him] Now, get your shotgun before you have a riot on your hands.

Miller: Yes, sir.

Adam: We'll finish this later.

Miller: Whatever.

O'Brien: [Looks around] Now, where is that boy? [Spots him near the solitary confinement boxes] Oh, I see. [Heads over there while Miller and the other guards usher the prisoners into the barracks shack]

Miller: Go on, get on back to the barracks right now.

Adam: Alright.

[Cut to the solitary confinement boxes, where Lincoln approaches the box that Sid is stuck in.]

Lincoln: Sid? Are you in there?

Sid: [From inside] Lincoln?

Lincoln: Yeah, it's me. Are you okay?

Sid: Y-Yes. You?

Lincoln: I'm good. I'm just trying to maintain my composure in such an environment. How are you holding up?

Sid: F-Fine. I'm just... having the worst luck right now, what with the handcuffs on my wrists and the fact that I got thrown in a solitary confinement box straight off the bat. I don't think there's a prison in the world that does such a thing.

Lincoln: Huh. Odd. Why is Judge O'Brien singling you out?

O'Brien: [Arrives] I figured I'd use the weakest link in your chain.

Lincoln: [Confused] "Weakest link"? Sid's not weak, she's just... naive.

O'Brien: Doesn't make much of a difference.

Lincoln: And what do you mean by "use"?

O'Brien: I've got something big for the prison, but I need your friend here as an insurance policy.

Lincoln: [Awkward] ... Okay. [Leaves]

Sid: Lincoln?

O'Brien: He left. [Opens the door to Sid's box] I'm glad he didn't grab some keys to your box.

Sid: Because we could potentially escape?

O'Brien: Something like that. And if you did... Well, one of you's gonna look pretty funny trying to run away looking like Swiss cheese. [This discomforts Sid] But you don't want that, do you? You care so much for those three that if something bad happened to them, you'd never recover. [Sid just looks away] That's the thing about loved ones. The closer you are to them, the more it hurts to see something bad happen to them. And if something does happen, your mind could just break beyond repair. [Closes the door and leaves]
