chapter 5 - Rat King

(Shibbys POV)

It was them....
"Roger what are you doing here its only 7:30pm?". I looked over shocked to see that there was another person standing behind him. A woman mid-thirties black and white hair that looked like a skunk; it took me a minute to realise who it was but when i did the colour drained from my face. Thats when i heard Viv ask me who it was. I turned around and told her who it was before i then hear the woman speak.
"Hello shibhon, I see you have turned pale. Whats the matter have you seen a ghost." says the woman. I looked over at the Rat Kings heirs for support as they dont like the fact that there father is abusive and forced me into an engagement with him and as i did this Autumn knew exactly what to do she always keeps her bat in the boot of her car and seen as though they haven't had a drink yet it meant that she was stone cold sobre. She went out to her car to get her bat and 2 minutes later i hear skunk face herself screaming at Autumn to stop hitting her dark burgandy red jaguar with her metal harley quinn inspired baseball bat. Whilst autumn was dealing with the Rats sidechick, Reece decided he wanted to get a little bit of revenge on his dad for what happened to him and autumn as kids. Reece clenched his fists and stormed over towards his dad before letting of a large of relief after 'calmly' upper cutting his fathers jaw. I hear Viv call out my name bringing me back to reality after the chaos that has just occurred around me. I looked over at her with a sad look in my eyes before asking if i could stay with her and jamie for a few nights as i was too scared to go back to Rogers house if that woman was all up in his pants.

(Vivs POV)

Oh my poor bon-bon. Shes so scared of Roger that she has requested to stay at mine for a couple of nights until the board meeting about the takeover happens on friday. The siblings are hoping to vote Roger off the board and out of ownership so that they can run the place the correct way and not the way that he ran it no. A way where everyone is paid correctly. A way where they are actually given the resources needed for the nursery to run smoothly. A way where Roger will be arreseted for fraud and dometic abuse physically and verbally meaning that he will have all his assests taken off of him and given to shibhon if it all works out the correct way. I turn to my Bon-bon and say "lets go im staying at Reece and Marjories tonight as my house is being renovated and Jamie is at his grandmas well my mums but im guessing you knew what i meant". She nodded in response, so i booked a taxi to take me, Reece, Marjorie and bon-bon back to Reeces as that is where im staying until friday anyway.

Hopefully they can succeed with the takeover in the meeting on friday as i want to ask Bon-bon to officially be my girlfriend and even ask her to come stay with me for a couple of days while she gets herself situated into a new house if all goes well.

"I hope all goes well for you guys".

Reece looks at me with a hopefull look as they have the evidence they need for the takeover to be successful and Roger arressted for good.
