Chapter 8 - the after effects

A/N: Sorry that i am only just uploading i am back at college so i am surrounded by work and i have also had major writers block but we move so here you go.

(Autumns POV)

Thank god my father has been arressted the only thing is. He doesn't know im pregnant.
The stress over the past couple of weeks has tierd me out to the point where i have no energy left to get up on a morning. As i was layed in bed with my ammazing boyfriend i feel a sharp pain shoot across my lower abdomin. It happened again but this time i couldn't breath it was so painful i had to run to the bathroom because i thought I had an accident.
When i looked down into my underwear i noticed there was blood.
I wasn't too worried but when i told winter he made me drive to the hospital to get checked out incase anything bad happened.
Before we went in i rang marjorie letting her know im going to take the day off as i wasn't feeling the greatest.

(Vivians POV)

I was stood reading my patient chart for my next patient when i realised who it was. Autumn had come to the hospital with winter because she was having cramps but thats all the details i have for her. I went to call her from the waiting room to a private suite as i have a feeling i know exactly what is happening and if its what i think it is there definately going to want a private room for them to be able to grieve. After i had taken them to there suite i brought in an ultrasound machine so we could see the baby and not only that but so we could see if my thoughts are correct im going to feel so sorry for them because i know what it is like as i have experienced it first hand.

(Flashback to 3 years prior)

OMG i cant believe im pregnant. I went to the shop to get another pregnancy test just to be on the safe side before i reveal it to my boyfriend. I took the test and it definately said pregnant. I told my partner that we were expecting our second child together and he was so happy about the thought of his little man being an older brother. My only worry is, i haven't had any symptoms. When i was pregnant with jamie i found out at 4 weeks 3 days but with this one i dont have a clue how far along i could possibly be so i am going to go to work and ask one of my closest friends and collegue if she will do an ultrasound for her training and let her do it on me so i can tell her im pregnant and therefore find out how far along i am.
Two hours into my shift and something started to not feel right but it was already too late to go home as my collegues training is about to start and i offered to let her do an ultrasound on me so i guess if there is anything wrong then ill find out now wont i. She put the cold gel on my lower abdomin and started to move the wand around thats when i see my baby and i hear a gasp from my friend. "omg viv when did you start trying for a baby" she said, but before i could answer her she tells me news that i wasn't ready for.....
The baby doesn't have a heart beat.

I didn't know what to do, i only found out i was pregnant that morning and the very same day i wasn't and now autumn is laying in the same position i was in three years ago. "okey aut this may be a little cold i do apologise in advance" i warn her before i place the wand on her lower abdomin.
No heartbeat.
I look over to autumn with empathy in my heart as she is laid there with a singular tear dripping down her cheak. I left them in the room to clean up and take some time to grieve by themselves before i discharge them and send her home.

2 hours later.....

It was finally the end of my shift and the start of a very exciting evening mine and bon-bon coffee date. I went home to get changed and top up my fav perfume (ghost obvs). I set off to meet shibby at our favourite cafe well coffee shop called 'coffee #1' and as we sat down i noticed that there was something off with my bon-bon. An hour had passed and shibby started to look pale, I take our mugs back to the counter before i hear a wince come from the table i have just left...
"SHIBBY"
I turn around to see her grabing her stomach before she manages to ask me to take her to the hospital. As I rush her into the hospital I work at I let my boss know that i am rushing my Girlfriend into my office and that i am taking an ultrasound machine with me. I quickly lay her down on the sofa and lift up her shirt to reveal her lower abdomin where i place the gel before grabbing the wand and examining the screen infront of me.
"Shibby did you know you WAS pregnant"
