In the quiet of their room, Draupadi was suddenly startled by the sight of a lizard creeping along the wall. Her fear was immediate and intense, and she let out a sharp cry, her heart racing. Without a second thought, she darted towards Bhima and threw her arms around him, clutching him tightly.

Bhima, momentarily taken aback by her sudden embrace, looked down at her with a mixture of surprise and concern. The other Pandavas, who had been nearby, couldn’t help but be shocked at the sight. As they realized what had happened, their initial surprise gave way to amusement.

Yudhishthira chuckled softly, shaking his head. “It seems our fearless warrior has a fear of lizards.”

Arjuna grinned, teasingly adding, “I never thought I’d see the day when Draupadi would be afraid of such a small creature.”

Nakula and Sahadeva exchanged amused glances, their laughter barely contained. “You’ve always been so brave in battle,” Nakula teased, “and now here you are, clinging to Bhima because of a lizard.”

Draupadi, still holding onto Bhima and peeking over his shoulder, managed to respond between her nervous breaths. “Just take it away, please,” she said, her voice slightly muffled by Bhima’s chest. “I don’t want to see it anymore.”

Bhima, trying to stifle his own laughter, gently pried the lizard from the wall and took it outside, returning with a reassuring smile. “It’s gone, Draupadi. You’re safe now.”

As he settled back down, Draupadi slowly released her hold on him, her cheeks flushed with embarrassment. “I’m sorry for overreacting,” she said, her voice still tinged with a hint of embarrassment. “I just… I really can’t handle lizards.”

The Pandavas continued to chuckle and tease her lightly, their affection for her evident in their playful remarks. Bhima, though still amused, wrapped an arm around Draupadi comfortingly. “You’re always brave for us, Draupadi. Even if you have a few fears, it just makes you more endearing.”

Draupadi smiled, feeling both relieved and slightly embarrassed. The warmth and care of her husbands made her feel safe and loved, even in moments of vulnerability.
