"Get those cattle in place!" Leaon yelled while pointing at a herd of cows walking aimlessly around the camp. "And get those catapults assembled, we leave by nightfall!"

"Yes sir!" Soldiers replied as they rushed around trying to herd the cattle into one spot while others helped the rebels start putting together the catapults.

"Jarrant, Sali, stay with Erik. Make sure those catapults are put together correctly and get those cattle hooked up to the front so we're ready to move."

"Yes sir!"

Leaon paced the camp, checking to make sure everything was in order and ready for departure once the sun drops below the horizon. He had to make sure all the cattle were in place to move the catapults, carts filled with the stone ammunition, and the wagons with their food and water supplies for the journey. The soldiers all marched to the front of the camp and integrated themselves with the Felein army, who were spread out to help offset the human's weakness for their strength.

The day pressed on, most of the army slept and rested in their tents while Leaon continued to make all preparations for the journey. The General went over battle plans for the initial assault on Loson and the main targets within the city that needed to be taken. As he flipped through pages upon pages of notes on the city gathered by Kaskian spies, he marked down specific buildings on a city map they had gathered. Leaon circled Loson Keep, the barracks that housed the Loson Guard, and the Noble district. All three targets were key to disrupt any organized uprising from the city once they infiltrated Loson.

"Sir, General Kerd is approaching." Shizrin coughed as she stood in the entrance to his tent.

"Thank you, Shizrin. Show him in."

"So, how goes the plans?" Kerd asked as he entered the tent, taking a seat across from Leaon.

"We have twelve catapults with two bulls pulling each. Four wagons of food and eight full of stone for the catapults." Leaon replied pointing to little figures on the map representing the carriages he had mentioned.

"What about once we reach Loson? What's the plan?" Kerd questioned as he jammed a long clawed finger where the city lay on the map.

"We move in the cover of night with the Pillars of fog hiding our progress." Leaon answered while sliding soldier figures first with the wagons behind them. "We use the catapults to take down the west walls and any buildings nearby. Then we send in the army, each regiment will have a goal."

"Two will take out the barracks, one will go for the Keep and one will go for the Noble district." Leaon continued, pointing at the three circled areas on the city map. "The last regiment will be focused on disrupting any resistance. Once we have the city, I suggest we gather any supplies we need, food, water, and any rubble to help with the assault on the capital."

"That sounds good." Kerd replied scratching at his chin as he processed the information. "Do you suspect any issues?"

"From the intel, the Loson Guard is highly skilled at fight and tactics." Leaon sighed as he leaned back in his chair. "Even if we cut off those three locations, any guards around the city will go down fighting and could potentially delay us."

"That's acceptable." Kerd replied. "Is that all?"

"Yes."

"Good!" Kerd replied while grabbing the city map and rolled it up under his arm. "I will be leading this attack. You are to stay in the rear with our prisoners and keep them under control. You will be left with enough soldiers to contain them and to coordinate the catapult attacks."
