BTS is not famous in this fanfic AU. only some of the members are a part of the storyline and some are simply mentioned. this might change over the course of the story but i'm still unsure. a few name crossovers (ex: in another one of my stories, taehyung ends up with a girl named sarang and in this story he is also with a girl named sarang) even though the storylines don't match up. also namjin ship is mentioned here so if you don't like that, don't read.

MC - kang yecheol 강예철 , 26 : a daycare worker who is also studying to become a teacher. party partner to her coworker
LI - jeong hoseok 정호석 , 30 : a single dad to a beautiful boy who refuses to date for his son's sake. works as an appointment scheduler at a clinic.
BSF - kim taehyung 김태형 , 28 : also works at the same daycare as yecheol and is friends with hoseok outside of when he sees him dropping off his son. party goer and club enthusiast

정희망 jeong huimang (huimi) , 3 : the only child of jeong hoseok. named hope because of the optimism his father always aspires to keep despite anything that happens. a sweetie pie who loves the outdoors and is afraid of the dark
김석진 kim seokjin , 31 : friend of hoseok and former brother in law. bank teller and wingman to his friend.
to clarify: hobi is single only because his wife (who was also jin's sister) passed away after labor. there is no crazy ex, no messy break up, none of that. i'll also mention i do NOT wish that upon anyone, it's all for the sake of the story. this is an AU fanfic, keep that in mind.
