Sthembiso POV:
: "Sthembiso!!!"
I groaned as someone kept on calling my name as if the house was on fire.
I reached for my phone and it was a Saturday. I jolt up and realize it was Siya's party.
: "Sthembiso Bonginkosi Zulu, vuka hawu? Kunini sikubiza?"
She opens my door and throws my jacket on my bed.
Sthembiso's mom: "Ugh, you reek of alcohol."
She pulls my blankets.
Sthe: "Maa!!! It's cold..."
Sthembiso's mom: "Cold yani? You came here looking like you are from a primary school's lost and found box. What did I say about groove?"
Her words were ringing and I couldn't hear anything. I was too hungover to put one and two together.
After the lecture, I switch on my phone and find something horrid as my wallpaper.
Sthe: "And then?"
It was Slee. She rested carefully on my bare chest and I kissed her forward. Her hands on my torso and one hand on her breast. Ai ai ai??!?
The memories came flooding back.
Groove, Neo, Slee, and everything.
I barely whispered. "Fuuuuu..."
My head hit my pillow as I regretted everything. I made out with Slee at her place. Today was sunny like there was no rain at all.
I went to my bathroom and opened the faucet to the bath. I soaked myself for a good 15 minutes, dressed, and went downstairs.
Sthe: "Good morning fam!"
Dad turned to look at me as if I burned his company to ashes.
Sthe: "Baba..."
Sthembiso's dad: "Sit down."
I started sweating. Uh oh, something was wrong.
His tablet went flying above our heads and straight to the wall.
Sthembiso's mom: "Zulu..."
Sthembiso's dad: "Noma, keep quiet!"
My mom looked down and kept on playing with her hands.
Sthembiso's dad: "Mfana wami, I don't care if you are in Mauritius or Antarctica but you are tarnishing my name!"
His loud voice deepened and echoed through the room. We were silent.
We could slice the air with the sharpest knife in the world.
Sthembiso's dad: "Kamva, the footage."
Kamva passed the footage and it was a video of me hitting Slee's ex in the butcher shop.
Shi...
Sthe: "I can explain..."
Sthembiso's dad: "I don't need any explanation. If this footage gets out, what will people say of our family? I had to pay the people and the butcher a large amount of money to protect us. What's gotten into you?"
His words were soft but his eyes were full of anger.
Sthe: "It was an honest mistake. It's a personal reason. I promise I won't do that again."
My sister, Thandolwethu, stared at me with fear. I hit the heck out of Slee's ex. This was a crime I could get arrested for.
I apologize for like the hundredth time and leave the house.
I took the keys to my Mercedes and drove away.
After a few minutes, I arrived at Siya's place. He requested for us to go to the mall for some reason either some of our friends, Lihle and Tyler.
We drive and park in the basement of the mall.
We were a big thing, huge Instagram following, ambassadors, and all that.
Tyler was a soccer player for a well-known club.
I walked with my phone in my hand and realized I still had the wallpaper. Slee was hot! Piping and smoking hot. Her pajamas knew how to give a detailed appearance of her body, but I didn't care. It was a one-time thing.
Siya walked into a jewelry store and came out with a necklace.
Lihle: "And then wena?"
Siya: "It's for someone special!"
He winks and we all laugh.
I shake my head and proceed to change my wallpaper and in the process, I bump into someone.
: "Sorry..."
Her was soft and seductive.
Sthe: "It's aight!"
She was short, thick and light-skinned. Her frontal complimented her skin tone. Her eyes were brighter than the stars and her lips were so luscious, they drove me insane.
I stare at her lips and she blushes.

Sthe: "What's your name shorty?"
: "Amahle."
Sthe: "Muhle u-Amahle ngempela."
Amahle: "Ngiyabonga."
She was easy. I asked her to come to the party and she was already invited. Odd but I was ready!
Tyler: "Got yourself a little screw?"
Sthe: "Yeboo! You know we ain't serious this side!"
Lihle: "i-HIV yona?"
Siya: "Anything is possible with Sthe, I'm sure he had an STI already."
Sthe: "F ya'll."
After a few rounds of shopping it was party time. Can't wait!!!
