Chapter 23 : The Peace Conference Begins

After centuries of fight and wars, this day will announce either peace for the Three Factions, or the beginning of the worst war, one could imagine.

We were now seeing Kuoh Academy surrounded by what looked like a magical barrier, seemingly to ensure that no one could enter during the meeting between the leaders. 

We could see Rias along with her Peerage, getting ready in the clubroom looking outside of the barrier, and the sight was frightening to say the least, hundreds and thousand of individuals from each factions were gatheres, and the tension was so thick you could use an axe to cut it, and the Peerage were quite stressed by that.

    Kiba : Feels like the slightest thing could set them off.

    Issei : I get that the barrier's not gonna let anyone in, but look at them all out there.

    Rias : Let's go now.

    Gasper : I will stay in the club for the sake of Peace, I know that they all still think that my power is uncontrolled, so I'll wait here.

    Rias : If you think that it's for the best, I trust your judgement.

    Asia : I wonder where could Y/n be...

    Rias : He has quite the importance in the meeting, so he told me he will change in his battle suit to be more presentable.

The Peerage then left to go to the Conference Room, where a lot of people were gathered: For the Devil's side, there was Sirzechs, with Grayfia standing behind him, Serafall with Sona standing behind. For the Angel's side we could see Michael with an unknown Angel behind him, judging from her glowing halo, and for the Fallen Angels, Azazel was accompanied by Vali. 

The four leader were seated to occupy three quarter of the table, Sirzechs and Serafall close to each other, because they were representing the same faction, and surprisingly a chair was still empty.

    Rias : Pardon us.

Rias then entered with the Peerage and were told to seat on chair behind the two Devils King.

    Sirzechs : My younger sister and her Peerage. They found themselves involved with te recent attack by Kokabiel.

    Azazel : Sorry for the trouble Kokabiel caused.

   Sirzechs : It look like someone is still missing.

After saying they, they began to hear some noise from just behind the barrier, they stood to look at the large window only to see the three Factions all looking at the same position, just before they all fell to silence, and finally the people gathered in the Conference Room were able to distinguish a silhouette walking toward the Academy, and after a few seconds.

    Kiba : Wait, isn't that Y/n?

    Xenovia : It is indeed the silhouette of him in armor, glad he could make it.

As Y/n walked they could see the reaction of the Factions, and surprisingly, some Fallen and Devils looked admirative of him, and he probably saw it, because he grabbed his axe from his back, charged it with Permafrost and lift it to the sky and made it explode into a powerful frosty blue shockwave, and surprisingly some Devils cheered, but what was more shocking was the Fallen Angels raising their arms and cheering loudly for him, as they were joined by more Devils, only the Angels were staying calm, but still curious.

    Issei : What the hell is happening.

    Azazel : It's quite normal that he would be cheered on by the Fallen Angels, we are allies.
