Akari's POV

I woke up on the back of Izuku. I looked down at Aizawa unconscious in Izuku's arms. I felt terrible that I couldn't protect him like i tried to.

"I-izuku? Is everyone okay?" I asked weakly.

"Huh? I think so. Besides you and Mr Aizawa." He said. "I'm not sure about All Might though." He stopped and looked back.

"Asui? Mineta? Can you carry Mr Aizawa and Ms Energizer please?" Izuku said.

"Izuku! No!" I yelled.

I watched and noticed Bakugo, Todoroki, and Kirishima joined him too. I felt better about it seeing them too. We started going back towards the entrance.

I was still worried about Aizawa. The kids by the entrance helped Tsu and Mineta get us out of the way. I fell unconscious again hoping everything would be okay.

Time skip

I woke up in the hospital. I groaned looking around. I realized that there was a bandage or two covering my face. I just hoped that Aizawa is okay.

"Akari?" I heard Aizawa.

"Yeah? Are you okay?" I asked him.

"I'll be okay." He said. "How about you?"

"I'm fine now that I know you will be too." I said and smiled. "I just hope the students are okay."

Time skip

I stubbornly requested to go back to class. I even agreed to be in a wheelchair. Finally they agreed.

Present Mic would push the wheelchair so i could get around since Aizawa has casts on his arms and bandages just like me.

On yeah. I've fully covered in bandages besides casts on both of my arms and my right leg. Aizawa has bandages just like me and casts on both of his arms. Present Mic pushed me into class.

"Morning guys." I said and smiled. "Mic just put me next to the podium.

"Morning class." I heard Aizawa arrive. The class questioned why we were there.

"Mr Aizawa! Ms Midoriya! I'm glad you're okay!" Iida said.

"You call that okay?" Ochaco asked.

"Our well being is irrelevant. What's more important is that your fight isn't over yet." Aizawa said standing behind the podium.

"Our fight?" Bakugo asked.

"Don't tell me!" Izuku said.

"Not more bad guys!" Mineta cried.

"The UA sports festival is about to start." I explained.

"Why would you scare us like that?" The class asked.

"Is it really such a good idea to hold the sports festival so soon after the villains snuck inside?" Jiro asked.

"They could attack once we're all in the same place." Ojiro said.

"Apparently the administration thinks this is a good way to show that the threat has been handled and that our school is safer than ever." Aizawa said.

"Plus they are beefing up security compared to past years." I said. "This event is a huge opportunity for all students here at UA."

"It's not something you can cancel because of a few villains." Aizawa said.

"Uh I'm sorry. But why not? It's just a sports festival." Mineta said voicing his concerns.

"Mineta. Don't you know how important this competition is?" Izuku asked him.

"Of course I do. I just don't want to get murdered." He replied.

"Our sports festival is one of the most watched events in the entire world. In the past everyone obsessed over the Olympic games but then quirks started to appear." Aizawa said.

"Now the Olympics have drastically reduced in terms of scare and viewership. For anyone who cares about competition there's only one tournament that matters. UA sports festival." I added.

"That's right! The top heroes everywhere will be watching. This is where you get scouted!" Momo said.

"Sure. Unless you're dead." Mineta said.

"She's right! After graduating a lot of people join hero agencies as a side kick!" Kaminari said.

"Yeah but that's as far as some people go. They miss their chance to go indie and stay side kicks. Actually that's probably where you're headed huh?" Jiro said.

"It's true that joining a famous hero agency can give you greater experience and popularity. That's why the festival matters. If you wanna go pro one day than this event can open the path for you." Aizawa said.

"One chance a year, three chances in a lifetime, no aspiring hero can afford to miss this festival. That means you better not slack off on your training." I said.

"Yes ma'am!" The class said.

"Class is dismissed." Aizawa said.
