Akari's POV

I watched the students as they made it to the second obstacle.

"In the world of heroes it can be hard to get popular without a flashy quirk. Right, Eraserhead, Energizer?" Present Mic asked.

"My quirk can be pretty flashy." I said with a shrug.

"I don't know what you're talking about, idiot." Aizawa said annoyed. Which was understandable. I'm annoyed too. I may be one of the less popular heroes but I'm still a great hero.

"Looks like Todoroki is still skating by easily!" Present Mic said. Iida started talking about not wanting to look foolish. "Boy does he look foolish!"

"The leader's putting distance between him and the students stuck at the fall!" Present Mic said.

"Yes!" I cheered when my brother got first place. I groaned when I accidentally hit the table with my broken leg.

I quickly calmed myself down groaning at the pain. The Calvary battle was next.

I was wheeled down to Recovery girl, since I hurt my broken leg again, so I missed pretty much the entire Calvary battle. Since I was with Recovery Girl she healed my leg so it wasn't broken anymore.

Instead of going to Aizawa and Present Mic I went to the teacher's area and sat next to Toshinori.

"Akari?" Toshinori asked shocked.

"Hey. Kicked my broken leg so they took to recovery girl. She healed my leg. I didn't have enough energy to recover completely so my arms are still broken." I explained.

"Why aren't you with Aizawa and Present Mic?" He asked.

"I need a break from Present Mic." I explained. He nodded. "How did the Calvary battles go?" I asked. "Who won?"

"Todoroki's team." He told me. "It was pretty close."

"Did izuku advance?" I asked.

"Yeah his team did." Toshinori said with a smile.

"Yes!" I said happily standing up.

"Come on." Toshinori said getting my attention. "Lunch time."

"Oh right." I said and followed him.

"Yo. Long time no see." Toshinori said making me lean to see who was there. "Let's catch up. Endeavor." He said. I hummed glaring at endeavor.

"All might." He said angrily.

"I haven't talked to you since that press conference ten years ago. Been a while. I saw you and figured I'd say hi." All Might said. I stood behind him out of Endeavor's sight.

"Did you now? Well then, if that's all you wanted to do, we're done." Endeavor said.

"Huh?" All might said.

"Chatting like we're old friends. What a joke." Endeavor said walking away. I yelped holding onto All Might's back (who knows how... legs ig) as he jumped while laughing.

He landed in front of Enveador. I groaned feeling really dizzy. Endeavor could definetly see me now.

"Come on, why the cold shoulder? You should be thrilled. After all, you're sons doing very well out there, just using half of his power." All might said. "You must be a great teacher."

"Are you implying something?" Endeavor asked. I felt like i was going to throw up because of how dizzy i was. Since when do i get so dizzy from one jump? I need to start training myself again...

"No. I want to know your secrets. How do we train the next generation of heroes?" All might asked him.

"Do you really think i'd tell you anything I've taught the boy? You're all flash and no brains as usual. Get out of my way." Endeavor said walking past.

"Okay." All Might said confused.

"Let me assure you of one thing, All Might. Whatever it takes, that kid of mine will beat you, someday. I'll make sure of it. That's why i made him." Endeavor said. I snickered starting to get less dizzy.

"You did what?" All might asked.

"He's in a rebellious phase right now. But he will take your place. I'll make sure of it." Endeavor said and left.

"Man. I've never heard anyone say they made a child to beat someone." I snickered. "Give me warning next time you jump and take me with you." I said to him seriously.

"Sorry." All Might said. I got off of his back.

"It's fine. It's just been a while since ive trained or worked out so i got pretty dizzy." I explained. I stretched. And went with All Might to get a quick bite before the finals began. On the way back we visited Izuku.

"Hey!" Toshinori said back in his small form. "Sorry I haven't said hi. You've been great. You harnessed One For All!" He said. I took his chance to hug Izuku tightly.

"I'm so proud of you lil bro!" I said excitedly.

"Can't! Breathe!" He gasped. I let go of him embarrassed. "No, not really. I'm... still worried about using it. I imagine the egg in the microwave or how it felt to hit that villain. But I'm still not in control. It feels so unpredictable like i might be ripped apart if i'm not completely focused. Besides I'm still not ready to fully wield it, I can tell. Even after so much training my body is weak. It just can't handle your power at 100 percent."

I stepped back towards Toshinori. "Yeah. If we're about how much of One For All you'd be able to use at this point, I'd say my closest guess would be around five percent or so."

"Izuku. It's okay. You have been doing great. Everyone else had more time to get use to their quirks. I know you will do it!" I said with a smile. "Just keep a smile and your head high!"

"Wha?? Only five percent?" Izuku asked ignoring what i said completely. My eye twitched and i sighed stepping behind Toshinori again. "Wow. Okay. I guess I really have only been getting by because of luck and my friends helping me out." I looked over at Toshinori. 'Knock some sense into him' I thought. It was as though he read my mind as he hit Izuku on the top of his head and his chin.

"All we wanna hear you say is that you'll do your best, dammit! There's no such thing as luck." Toshinori said.

"You're never gonna become the hero you want if you believe in something like that." I said.

"Listen. Whenever you're scared or nervous about a fight, just try to deal with it by smiling. You've made it this far, kid. Even if you're worried, you must stand tall!" He said going into All Might form.

"That's what i told him!" I said annoyed. "I got ignored." I pouted cause i was starting to get hangry. "Don't forget that we're counting on you, and cheering you on." I told Izuku. We watched him walk out to the fight. "Can we go back and eat now?" I asked as my stomach growled.
