As a kid, the only diary I had to write was a journal that my 4th grade teacher wrote, as the token little miss perfect, and one of the 6 non-white kids, of course I thought to write as broadly as possible and keep things generic...
That approach has followed me through most teacher/student interactions, I was that quiet kid who didn't fuck around.. until 8th grade heh-
8th grade was when I found my friends, the real connections of the weird art kids and theatre nerds...
Yes. 8th grade was very gay - in both ways
I never had and never plan to have a relationship
If this were something like a Wattpad book- I'd probably end up saying that all changed when someone came into my life and brightened it without my permission, that my heart decided that everything will be better with them next to me, something cheesy about touches and time and gifts and love... I'd probably eat that right up-
But no. This is the very real life of me

I used to get A's I was a helluva good student, I still get alright-ish marks but nothing really measures up to who I used to be.
Gifted kid syndrome? HAH...
Possibly- but whatever, I still try new things and have fun being a little stupid at times, a little silly at times, and a little neurotic - rarely neurotic.. I'm actually pretty genuinely happy with my life, with my friends.
Right- friends I mentioned those, I moved schools in year 10 and tried keeping touch with some friends- 14 year old me had the right plan because now I get to say I have a bestie in Melbourne who I love lots (platonically obviously- ain't no way I'm playing out a friends to lovers with someone who's probably straight or anyone for that matter... although- yeah nah)
I spend 1 year with people who didn't really like me and we were kinda just there for convenience, I got dragged to a pre-established friend group by one chatty girl who then got kicked out of the same group because of some drama I MISSED- and then some guy came in and got kicked out due to being weird with his 'lol women' jokes and 'talking too much about anime' I was still friends with that guy until he decided to be a perv..
Y'know the saying where it goes 'you're only as trustworthy as your creepiest friend'?
That kinda rings true, don't worry about losing someone
If you're paying attention, dear reader you'd realise that hey- what happened after that 1 year, you said you're 16 girl!
Right- I got kicked out of that friendgroup and ended up sitting with the pervy guy for one day before some cool bros came in and joined us (thank God)
Those cool bros are still my friends, we kicked the asshole perv out! [because he tried cheating on his gf with the literal youngest member of our group]
So now it's me the cool bros (2 trans guys who I'll refer to T (aged 16) and E (13 {14 now} year old who's friendgroup is literally all older than him)), some dog guy (absolute legend), a genderfluid dude (very funny fella)- man I'm the only girl (ew- cringe who u tryna impress?) and uh oh new addition! An aro/ace transman - guess I'm not the only ace HOORAY
