How can she do that? I'm embarrassed beyond measure. I can barely control myself from kissing her. Her lips looked so tempting. But as Lady Margaret said, that night was just a mistake.

When I thought she was angry with me, I couldn't hold back, so I grabbed her and tried to calm her, even though she was already calm. And when I asked her if I could kiss her, she gave me her permission. When I kissed her, she tasted like milk... Well, that's obvious since she had just drank milk tea, but as I kissed her, I felt myself losing my rationality. I wanted to touch her more. As I kissed her, I realized how I had dreamed of this moment. Every damn night, I thought about it every hour. I wondered how she would taste. It was like finding the answer to a question, the beginning and the end. I could have stayed like that forever, with her arms around my neck, her lips on mine. But my desire overtook me, and my hand unknowingly moved towards her chest. It's a good thing she stopped me; otherwise, God knows what I would have done...

Hurriedly, kylan made his way to his study, knowing that Abela and Lux awaited him there to discuss the upcoming project. He was seated on his seat but A sense of annoyance gnawed at him; attending balls was never something I relished. I'd grown accustomed to declining invitations, often citing the emperor's desire to arrange a welcoming party for me. Yet, this time, I found myself unable to refuse. The emperor had sent separate invitations, one addressed to me and the other to Rina. With both of us extending the royal invitation, there was no way to decline without causing offense. Frustratingly, it seemed we were bound to attend. But Maybe I could meet them.

As Martha joined them, her presence a comforting familiarity, she posed the inevitable question, "So, what kind of attire are you planning to wear for this party, Your Grace?"

"Why are you asking me? Go ask Rina," kylan replied, focusing on the documents Arshina had prepared for him . Among these projects there was a project for the Lane Bridge, to be constructed over the Illinois River. Despite the frigid temperatures, the river never froze entirely, posing unique challenges for construction. We are in the midst of discussing the budget for this ambitious undertaking.

"Well, Duke, if we were to ask her, she'd probably say one shirt, one skirt, a waterfall hairstyle, and stiletto shoes would be enough for her," Abela explained.

"What? Those are the ones she'd wear at home?" Kylan’s disbelief was evident.

“That’s what we say to her, but she always responds that she doesn’t care about it..so that’s why we want to choose a dress for her to go to the royal ball. We want her to look more stunning beside you," Martha explained.

“If that is so, then how about a mermaid dress robe siren fit..” kylan suggested.

“She is gonna throw it on our face for real,” Martha said with a dejected look.

“Is it not to her liking?”

“Yeah..”

“So, what about an A-Line One-Shoulder Ombre Chiffon Open Blue Long Dress, a Formal Fancy ball gown from Omre Boutique? I am sure she would like it. And also, ask them to bring jewelry that will match with the dress. I would prefer high heels and black gloves to go with it. Will that be okay?" Everyone looks surprise by my preference. I mean, I like simple things, so that’s what I just suggested. “Is there any problem?” he asked awkwardly.
