I panted, teleporting rapidly really tired me out. It also wasn't helping that Mr. Aizawa was making Todoroki use his quirk against me. Can't he read a room? Couldn't he feel my glare?
I tripped over my own feet and face planted into the ground, dodging another fire attack. My whole body ached, and my stomach was crying for some food. We've been at this for hours. I just want a break.
"Alright. You guys deserve a thirty minute break." Mandalay used her quirk to tell everyone. I turned onto my back and blocked the sun with my arm. I laughed out in pain, I fucking hate this. Why did I join UA again?
Suddenly, a hand grabbed mine and helped me up. What the? I looked over and saw Todoroki holding my hand. My face began to turn red as he dragged me over to the others. He made me sit down on one of the benches and went off. He soon came back and handed me a paper towel with a piece of ice.
"Thank you..." I bowed my head and used the ice to cool myself down. I was very dizzy. Ochaco handed me a water bottle, and I took it gratefully.
After our break, we continued to train. After many hours, it was finally time for dinner. We all took a shower first. Since we have to cook our own meal, they let us stoo training a little early. Bakugo put me on cutting duty because Ochaco didn't do it right. I felt bad, but I was really hungry. I recut the stuff she had cut up and then cut up more food.
After I finished, I looked over and saw Todoroki also cutting up stuff. He seemed to be struggling, so I walked over and helped him. I stood behind him and put my hands over his. He flinched and glanced back to see who was behind him. I focused on helping him cut the food correctly.
"Thanks..." he muttered.
"No problem. I don't think you want to deal with Bakugo after all that training." I said. He nodded.
After dinner was ready, we both sat down with our food. Surprisingly, Todoroki sat next to me. I blushed nervously. He makes everything he does seem like nothing.
