Ronnie and I just stayed sat on the floor for a while petting the dogs when Jacky and Jake decided to come in and join us. Jake seemed ridiculously happy when he was around the guys, so I was super happy that I didn't have to take him away from it all just because I had an argument with Ronnie - and I was super glad that that argument was over. Jacky was getting on so well with Jake and it made me so happy - he had become like an older brother to him and started teaching him a few bits on guitar which was super cool.

Ronnie was also ridiculously good to him (other than when he shouted the other night), and sometimes I even thought that Ronnie treat Jake better than I ever had growing up. Ronnie could give him anything that he ever wanted in his life, but I could barely even give him a roof over his head growing up. I guess that was why I almost just left Jake there and did a runner, Ronnie could give him a better life than I ever possibly could have.

The band weren't playing a gig that night, so Jacky was teaching Jake some more guitar, the other guys got pizza, and Ronnie and I were just chilling lying in bed - like we always did when we had days off the tour. There was just something about Ronnie Radke that drew me to him, but I never knew what it was. Maybe it was the fact he was charming, or kind, or so good with my kid, but I couldn't pinpoint one specific thing.

Everything was pretty chill and boring when Ronnie and I decided to go for a smoke outside the bus - just casually sat on the step talking about stupid stuff and making jokes about the people who walked past when Ronnie decided to bring up the argument from the other night.

"Look Jade, I feel like I should explain why I kicked off the other night. When I was in prison, the guy in the cell next door used to cry all night, every night - so sometimes the sound of crying takes me back to that which is why I lose my temper. I'm sorry, I never should have acted that way with him."

"It's fine Ronnie, to be honest I just want to forget about it."

"Anyway," he stood up and dropped his cigarette end on the floor. "Fancy walking to a takeaway and getting pizza or something? I'm super hungry."

"Whatever, just remind me to get Jake cheesy garlic bread or he'll throw a giant tantrum."

Ronnie just laughed and we headed for the nearest takeaway which wasn't actually that far away from the bus. However, I wasn't expecting what would happen when we actually stood waiting for food. We were just talking between ourselves when suddenly we were both distracted by possibly the most high-pitched, annoying, squeaky voice I had ever heard in my entire life.

"Oh my god! It's Ronnie from FIR!" I practically cringed when I heard her shout it and Ronnie chuckled at my reaction. She then proceeded to tap him on the shoulder. "Can I please have a photo? If I get one then my life will be complete!"

I just stepped out of the way whilst she proceeded to tell him her life story (sob story more like) and took like a million selfies because she thought she didn't look right in them (even though they all looked exactly the same). After around half an hour she finally left and Ronnie and I returned to the bus with food for the both of us and for Jake.

Jake was super happy with his cheesy garlic bread as it was his favourite thing in the entire world (besides from Jacky Vincent anyway), whilst the other guys complained that we hadn't got them anything. Ronnie and I simply ignored them and retreated to his bunk and sat with the dogs, eating a load of takeaway, and binge watching Season 4 of RuPaul's Drag Race - Sharon Needles was fierce.

Ronnie must have gotten bored, because he ended up lying on the floor with Charlie and Jingo, talking to them and petting them before looking over to me.

"You're really attractive. I hope you know that." I rolled my eyes at him, but at the same time it was kind of cute.

"I'm not, but thank you. You're the attractive one - well, according to the girl in the takeaway you are anyway." He rolled his eyes.

"Oh for fuck's sake. How did I know that would become a running joke?"

I simply stuck my tongue out at him before being jumped on by Charlie. Charlie was so affectionate when it came to me, but Jingo was way more laid back and didn't really get happy and excited over anything - he just stayed in his bed unless he was going for a walk. For a puppy he was incredibly lazy.

After a while, Ronnie decided he wanted to lie on the bed so kicked Charlie off, who proceeded to lie on the floor beside me because Ronnie had made him move. Ronnie just rolled his eyes at me as I continued to pet the dog.

"You're way too soft with him, I hope you realise." I rolled my eyes at him.

"I'm just being nice to him - he's an absolutely lovely dog."

"He is, I admit that, but you're still way too soft with him."

"Well I don't care. He's like my best friend." Ronnie looked wounded.

"I thought I was your best friend!" I rolled my eyes.

"Fine then, Mr Needy, he's my canine best friend." He smiled and gave me a massive hug.

"Good, because only I'm allowed to be your human best friend, since - y'know - I am the best person you know ever."

"Nah, you're a massive pain in the ass. You're definitely the best guy I've ever met though. I mean, for someone who constantly emphasises that he's an asshole, you're really not actually an asshole."

He laughed at me before kissing me, and in that moment everything seemed perfect...
