CHAPTER THREE: Mindless Cries

The stars were shining bright in the night, The Trippson house was as silent as a mouse.

The eldest Trippson brother was in his room. He couldn't fall asleep. He was instead, sitting on his bed, overthinking a bit. His dimmed lamp was on. He wasn't feeling at all lethargic. He was full of a little bit of energy. But he was also kind of drunk. While Gypsy was sleeping, he was drinking a bit. He kept finding himself staring at his wall. Suddenly he hears the noise of Gypsy's stairlift. It must have been his drunk imagination. A few minutes later, he had come downstairs after hearing Gypsy whisper and swear loudly. Suddenly he saw Gypsy on the computer. It was against the rules for Gypsy to be on the computer this late. Suddenly Gypsy turns around.

"...Jake..." Gyps said.

"On the computer when you should be sleeping?" Jacob says.

"Well...I just wanted to",

"Don't make excuses Gypsy! You know the rules.",

"But Jacob I-",

"-I SAID YOU KNOW THE FUCKING RULES!". Jacob struck Gypsy across the face.

Gypsy began crying, Jacob picked him up,

"NO! PUT ME DOWN! PUT ME DOWN!" Gypsy screams. Jacob goes in Gypsy's room and throws him into the bed. Gypsy's head hits the wall. Jacob grabs Gypsy's wrist.

"Next time you break this rule, I will smash your head in with a hammer, DO YOU HEAR ME?" Jacob yells. Gypsy cries, beginning to have a panic attack.

"Yes...Y-yes i..H-h-he-hear you..". Jacob slaps Gypsy and Leaves. Once Jacob heads back into his room, He realized what he had done.

"Oh god, I have to apologize! I have to...no...He's too upset with me now..I'll apologize in the morning..". Jacob then got in his bed and cried. He cried so hard, it wasn't easy to tell if he fell asleep because he was drunk, or maybe he fell asleep because he was crying so much, or maybe both?
