Future Spock arrived back where he left those three teenage boys unconscious, him finding the three teenagers still unconscious.
Rage filled his very being; because Kara from his timeline told him of this horrific day, the day she finds shameful, and blames herself for immensely, where she was brutally gang raped on her prom night, a night that she was absolutely and positively excited for, and blinded by three boys, which the name she spoke of, that she absolutely loathed was Sterling.

He walked over to the blonde teen, and kneeled down, him taking in a deep breath, and let it out.
He knows what he will do, is not the Vulcan Way, but his emotions of rage were truly overruling his judgement at this very moment.
He was also glad he was wearing leather gloves, including he wore them when he drove the vehicle to the hospital, so that his DNA would not match his much younger-self here in this timeline.

The blonde teen he knows is called Sterling; Future Spock immediately broke his neck, resulting in a sickening crack, Spock using his Vulcan Inhuman Strength, killing Sterling, and he stands up, and breaks the necks of the other two teens, who raped his beloved, and he left them there for the carnivorous animals to feast upon their very bodies, and he left the forest, his heart aching tremendously for his beloved.

Future Spock escaped Nero by a hair, and was hiding on Earth in the meantime, and this was many years ago.
Spock was able to watch Kara be born, him volunteering at the hospital she was born at, him one of the nurses, and since she was born, he has been watching her, him admiring her from afar, because he will never return to his timeline, since he is stuck in the past that he accidentally changed, thanks to Nero, making Spock fail his mission in the future.

Future Spock had to forge a new identity here; illegally by the way, and could not reveal to his younger-self in this timeline who he was, but Kara, he knows will keep his secret, but at the right time he shall reveal himself.
However telling Jim of this timeline will be a tremendous challenge as well.
It truly and undeniably ached his heart that he could not prevent her gang rape, and her becoming blind, but time has to move as it should, and yet he saved her anyways, which was indeed too late.
He made sure to secretly enter the hospital, and give her a drug, that would cure immediately any STDs or STIs, including HIV from the future he knew how to make, by sneaking into her hospital room, and injecting it into her arm, then he fled the hospital she was in.

Killing her rapists truly gratified him, made him at peace, but overhearing the Vulcan Doctors say, her vagina and cervix had to get reconstructed with Vulcan medical technology saddened him, making him shed one lone tear as he left the hospital.
The woman he loved, who beared him a child in his timeline, who also died of old age before him, went through such horrendous things at the beginning of her life.
Their child was named Manda, pronounced Mawn-duh.
The name reminded Spock of her love for snakes, which amused him when she named their child Manda.
Manda was male, and looked exactly like Spock, like Spock's twin, and he was only a quarter Vulcan.
Teaching Manda to suppress his emotions was quite a task for Spock, but eventually Manda learned how to do so.

Future Spock hopes he did not change the trajectory of how Kara will meet his younger-self, and not change how she will marry Younger Spock, let alone her give birth to Manda.
Future Spock will continue to watch over her, that is until Nero strikes once again, because Future Spock knows, that Nero will no doubt try to destroy Earth, and Vulcan for his revenge.
