AN: I'm really not sure how long I want this story to go on for but I'm really enjoying getting back into writing but I'm also struggling to decide on another storyline to do with any of the other characters. But we shall see.
Annie's head spun, one minute she was crying the next she felt Carly's smooth hands against her face, her warm lips against hers. She couldn't quite believe it. This girl who she'd spent the last few months getting to know was kissing her. Annie had always thought that the other apprentice was beautiful but it was her passion and drive that really attracted Annie towards her. Her heart was happy, she'd never ever kissed anyone who actually cared about her, she'd had flings with random men but never a woman. She had the fleeting thought of was this what Mia had been talking about when she mentioned loving Charlotte was so much deeper than normal?
As the kiss intensified Annie wrapped her arms around Carly's neck and pulled her closer, Carly's hands moved from the girls face and wrapped around her middle. Carly's brain was slowly frying, had that really just happened? Had she just kissed her friend and what's more was Annie kissing back? She wasn't sure how to handle this or even how to stop all she knew was she wanted so much more.
Annie moved slightly and shifted herself so she sat on Carly's lap her legs knelt on the bench either side of the other girl's thighs, the new angle meant she was able to push harder and deepen the kiss, their tongues battling each other for dominance. Carly smiled into the kiss and wrapped her hands in the other girls hair, the hair that had for some weeks consumed her dreams, it felt just as soft as Carly imagined. Slowly Annie calmed the kiss and broke it gently leaning her forehead against Carly's she smiled gently her chest rising and falling. Both girls were panting slightly.
"Wow" Carly whispered first "Is it always like that?"
Annie looked at her and moved her head back slightly. "Wait Carly? Please don't tell me that was your first kiss?" Carly looked back sheepishly. "Well..."
"Oh my god!" Annie exclaimed and climbed off the lap of the girl. "Why didn't I know that? Annie you idiot!" she said holding her head in her hands.Carly stood up confused. "What's wrong? Annie?" she moved towards her.
"Carly that was your FIRST kiss?" she looked at the girl . "-and I just climbed, I thought" she didn't even know how to voice her concerns. She'd climbed onto of this girl for a 'make out session', if she'd have known it was Carly's first kiss she wouldn't have let it go that far.
"Carly I'm so sorry I didn't mean to.." Annie moved towards the girl and took her hands in hers seeing the hurt on Carly's face. "I wouldn't have let it go that far you deserve comfort and romance not a - not what I just did."
The young apprentice looked at the girl, "Annie I kissed you remember, I wanted that"
"Yes but I would have done it so much differently." Annie smiled tucking a loose bit of hair behind the girls ear. "I don't care" Carly spoke up a bit more harshly. "I loved that" Her gaze softened gently at Annie. "I'm sorry, I know you would have done it differently but that was incredible Annie, I want that, I want - us" she finished almost in a whisper. Annie smiled back at her and moved in closer. "I'd like to do that again" she whispered against Carly's ear.Carly didn't need telling twice before she locked her lips on Annie's, the older girl moved backwards, a loud noise erupted which broke the girls kiss for a moment when they realized Annie had stepped back and landed on the piano keys with her hips. The girls looked at each other and giggled slightly before resuming their kiss.
