Yesterday I had a shorter day because of mass, so that's nice
On my geometry test, the teacher messed up and only put 2/3 of the questions on the test. I had a different test because I have accommodations, so everyone with accommodations had their test messed up. It has the same questions but it's technically a different test. I wouldn't have finished it with my time, but the teacher gave everyone whose test was messed up 30 extra minutes because it was her fault so that's nice.
Me and my friend Cait also want to start an astronomy club because our school doesn't have one. I would totally create an alter human club but it would likely be turned down because we have a diversity club so yeah. But we don't have any clubs for space or stars, which is kind of weird because space is just so cool. Also 'lead astronomy club for all four years of high school' looks good on a college application, and I already have to start worrying about that because college is really hard to get into and it's expensive. So if I have all As and I've got extracurricular activities the n I'm more likely to get a scholarship. I don't want to have student debt...
I also have my antlers and ears from sawsbuck. For whatever reason I'm more connected to that kintype than ever.
Yesterday dragged on forever, it was so long, and we had a fire drill which I hated because it was so loud.
At rowing we didn't get into a boat yesterday because of the wind, we learned how to rig and derring the boats, and we cleaned a few boats that a school from San Francisco was renting for a half marathon tomorrow.
And today I went to lit fest, I got some good books, some of them were signed, I got Spanish bible stories because it was free and I don't want Duolingo to kidnap my dogs.
I found one of my teachers at the lit fest so that was fun, but guys, I saw another therian!! They were wearing a baggy sweater and jeans with converse with the little paw lines to make your shoes look like paws and they were wearing ears, and I was like, OMG!! But I didn't get to say hi to them because I was walking to lunch with my mom, but I smiled and waved at them. In my head, I was freaking out, I really wanted to talk to them! I didn't see them again though which is kinda sad. BUT! Now I know there are therians and/or alter humans that express their identities openly! I totally didn't just get a phantom shift for my dog tail and started wagging it when I saw them lol.
So that is super awesome. Also when we got home I found this lil lady

I was super excited because I love mantises. When I was first trying to figure out my kin type(s) I researched mantises. And I actually love them, they are a girlboss bug species, they eat bad bugs, they aren't really pests, and they're pretty. So yay on that!
