Hello!

So Today was my first race in rowing, and we did pretty good

So we got 33.02 for our time, we came in last for our race, but our time is pretty good compared to other races, for example quads(four people plus coxswain, every has 2 oars) get the fastest times, my novice 8 was faster than 3 masters( people above 21) quads , and we were only last by 32 seconds compared to the novices last year that were last by 5 minutes.

But for whatever reason, one of tho novice boats we were racing got a better score then the men's 8 masters and they were faster than all of the women's varsity 8s so I doubt they're actually novices.

Anyway for our first race we did well, last year the novices were about 6 minutes slower than us, I'm pretty happy.
