Terence's knowledge

Terence is a dust-keeper fairy who bring or give pixie dust to
other fairies to have their own pixie dust to either bring seasons
to the world or because the task needs to be done

but i think he's more then just a dust-keeper fairy because he
have the knowledge in things, like how the scepter works why it
needs a blue moonstone with the fall scepter in it

now that i grow to think about it: he must have studied about
stuff, like the location which way to go for examble

in "The Lost Treasure" we saw him visiting Tinkerbell's house to
finish and restore everything where they have left off after he
talked to an owl what was bothering him with the relationship
issues with Tinkerbell but once he visited her home, Terence
discovered the truth why she needed pixie dust from him so
badly and once he found Tink's check list, he did all the damage
control, covered everything up for her and purposely broke the
rules for her so he can fly after her even if it takes the whole day
for him to get to the lost pirate ship, Tinkerbell was the only
thing that really mattered for him

my only valid theory is: he must have studied about a location
incase of an emergency or something so he can fix things up a
little, the next scene after he visited her house was when there
was a reflection in the mirror right after Tinkerbell's tears touched
the mirror, he was more concerned for her then the whole
moonstone situation when they talked in the mirror

so my thought on all this is: he's an expert with finding a solution
about a problem, broken moonstone or not, he'll find a way out
to get things to work, even with a broken moonstone, he remains
optimistic about all this and wanted to help Tinkerbell out with
a alternative solution

not only do he seems to have the knowledge with the fall scepter
and the moonstone because he gives her advices how things should
be and stuff but he also seems to know about the locations where
Tinkerbell was off to since he appeared briefly in the fairy tale theatre

once Tinkerbell and Terence finally talked after days of fighting, he
showed up to Tinkerbell out of nowhere and he stood right behind her
which only means he must have followed after her once Tink entered
the lost pirateship without Tinkerbell noticing it after Terence flew the
whole day for her when he also arrived at the ship after he ran out of
dust (he mentioned something about finding Tink's balloon) and
followed after her carefully to surprise her with a sudden visit

that could only mean 1 thing and it's probably the knowledge where
to find the mirror exactly, i still questions myself how he could talk
to Tinkerbell through the mirror before he showed up though
