Their story: they met on their first year of joining Starfleet academy. Instantly, he had seen her as a friendly medical trainee, and she saw him as some man with brawn's and no brain. But that slowly changed over the years.
Eventually turning their relationship into further steps. They had a daughter, Amaya together and kept working with Starfleet. They both follow duties, but make time for each other.
