AUBREY'S POV

It's been a couple days sense I've been home. I will admit, I have been getting a little homesick but I also love being here with Harry. I have to go home some time but I'm not exactly sure when I to. My mom has called me a few times and left voicemails to which I never replied to and has actually got me thinking, maybe I overreacted. She shouldn't have said those things but at the same time, I probably didn't make things any better. Storming out and avoiding her doesn't really help make this situation any better. I lifted my mug to my lips and before I took a sip, I heard a voice.

"Is it safe to walk in? You look deep in thought." I looked up to be met by Harry's green eyes. Laughing a little, I shook my head and spoke up.

"You can walk in." He sat down at the counter and I poured him a cup of tea.

"What are you thinking about?"

"Not much." I handed him his tea and leaned on my elbows on the counter.

"Would you care to share?"

"Do you think I overreacted?" He looked confused.

"Overreact about what?" I sighed.

"Like storming out and avoiding my mum and her calls."

"Wait she called you?

"Yes but that's beside the point. I'm starting to feel like I blew it out of proportion." He sat there and didn't speak for a couple seconds.

"Well your mom shouldn't have said those things but at the same time you may have overreacted. I think that maybe you should call your mum and talk to her about this. I feel like it would make her realize what she said was wrong but also that she never really should have said that."

"So you think I should go and talk to her?"

"That, or you can call her. Bree I understand that you may think your mum is controlling and al but you have to look at it this way, you're her daughter, one of her two kids. You guys don't live a normal lifestyle" He said putting air quotes around normal. "You guys are in charge of a country. You're third in line for the throne. She's just trying to protect you, not suffocate you." I looked at him and thought about what he was saying. Harry was right. She wasn't being suffocating, just protecting me.

"Can you drive me?" I asked. Harry smiled.

"Of course."

Harry and I walked hand in hand into the front doors of the palace.

"Welcome home Miss.Aubrey." Our head palace guard, Johnathan said.

"Thank you." I told him.

"Welcome Mr.Styles." He said to Harry.

"Thank you." Harry said as well. Probably because he didn't know what to say. We walked to my dad's office where both he and my mum were in. I stood in front of the doors, just staring at them.

"You can do this." Harry whispered to me, squeezing my hand. I pushed open the doors and we walked in. Both my parents looked up.

"Aubrey." My mum said. I walked over to her and hugged her. I think she wasn't expecting it because she jumped a little before she wrapped her arms around me.

"I'm so sorry mum. About everything. I didn't mean any of it. I just thought you were suffocating me but really you were just protecting me. Because Skylar and I are your only kids. I pulled back and my mum wiped the tears from my cheeks.

"Aw Aubrey honey it is all okay. I'm your mum, it's my job to look at for you. You'll understand when you become a mum." She said smiling at me. "I'm just glad you're back."

"That's one thing I also wanted to talk to you about. I wanted to ask you and dad if I could move in with Harry." I bit my lip nervously while waiting their reply.

"But before you make that decision." Harry spoke up. We all looked over at him. "If you allowed her to move in with me, she would be fine but I understand you guys have rules about moving but if her not being able to move in with me isn't a possibility, then I would gladly move in here." I looked at him, shocked. We talked about moving in but never said anything about moving in here.

"Well her moving in with you isn't a problem. I think it's okay if she moves in with you." My dad said. I looked at my dad, smiling.

"Thank you dad." I said hugging him.

"Thank you sir." Harry said shaking my dad's hand. I hugged my mum once again and left them to what they were doing. Harry walked to my room.

"I'm a little surprised they actually said yes." I told him as we walked into my room. I already had stuff at Harry's house but I still needed a lot more. One of the maids had brought up some boxes and he and I began packing.
