Chapter 2

SKYLAR’S POV

Aubrey and I sat down at our table and started looking at our menus. I looked up at her and she looked at me.

“What?” Bree asked.

“You shouldn’t have done that Bree.”

“Done what? Smack talk Slut?”

“Bree don’t call her that.”

“Hey I was being honest Honesty is the best policy.” She said with a smirk. I shook my head and looked at her. I noticed her looking at her phone and smiling. Why is she smiling like that. Shes never smiled like that before…..

AUBREY’S POV

I was looking at my menu when I felt my phone vibrate. I pulled out my phone and saw that I had a text message. I swiped my screen and typed in my passcode. I clicked on my message icon and waited for it to load. I read the name and saw it was from Harry.

H: Hey loser

A: Pshh I am no loser.

H: You sure about that? ;)

A: You trying to pick a fight with me Style’s?

H: Not with you beautiful.

A: Haha look at you being all sweet ;).

H: Only for you. So did you get invited to that ball too?

I froze. What am I suppose to say? He probably has no idea that I’m one of the princesses… I answer him back.

A: Oh, yeah I’m going. Are you?

I’m not completely lying am i?

H: Yeah. Me and all the lads were invited.

My parents invited One Direction? Gee mum thanks for sharing that. The waiter comes and asks us if we are ready to order. Skylar and I look at each other and we nod. Skylar orders and then our waiter looks at me

“Umm, I’ll just have a salad.” I say.

“Is that all for you ladies?” He asks while picking up our menus.

“Yes it is. Thank you.” Skylar says. He nods and then walks away. I feel my phone vibrate again and see its from mom.

Mom<3: hey sweetie! Daddy and I are at home now. We just saw your note saying you and Skylar are out to lunch. Are you guys coming back home after?

A: Ummm I think so. Skylar and I don’t have any plans I believe.

Mum<3: Okay honey. See you when you are done! Xx

I decide not to reply and I go back to reply to Harry.

A: Oh that’s cool! I heard it’s going to be fun!

It is going to be fun, I know it will be. Wink wink.

H: You know you look a little bit like.

A: Who?

Who in the world could I possibly look like?..

H: One of the kings daughters. You know, the one who’s name starts with an A? Gosh why can’t I remember her name?

Shit. That’s who…

A: Haha..really?

H: Yea! Actually, you look a lot like her..
