Chapter 1

LOUIS POV

We were sitting in the living room of Zayn’s flat talking about nothing when Liam walked in and told us that uncle Simon had something SUPER important to tell us. I have no idea what it is so don’t even ask me. I got up to get water when Liam’s phone rang. I sighed and sat back down. Liam answered his phone and automatically put it on speaker.

“Hi boys.” Simon said.

Hi uncle Simon.” We all said union.

“I have some very exciting news to tell you!” He said.

“Oh boy.” I whispered to myself which caused Liam to slap my shoulder. I looked at him and he just gave me a look. I shook my head and leaned back on the couch.

“So what’s the news?” Niall asked.

“Well, as you know, there is this huge ball coming up in honor of Skylar and Aubrey in about a week and a half right?” He asked.

“Yea….” Harry said. At this point we all sat up straight and leaned in more.

“Well boys, You guys got invited!” Simon said. We all looked at each other.

“Woah, woah, wait.” I said. “There has to be some sort of catch. Like we have to sing or something.”

“Nope. No catch. You guys are going as actual guest.” He said. We sat there in silence obviously from shock. I mean this is one of THE biggest parties in England and we magically got invited. That usually doesn’t happen but Simon made it happen. I forgot that Simon was on the phone until I heard his voice.

“Alright boys, I’ll talk to you later. But don’t forget that you have to go and get tuxes.” Uncle Simon said.

“We won’t.” Liam said. Uncle Simon said goodbye and Liam hung up. We all sat there, shocked. It was about a minute until someone spoke up.

“I can’t believe we got invited.” Zayn said. We all nodded. I got up and got some water and just stood there thinking about how amazing this is going to be.

AUBREY’S POV

I woke up to a seriously bad headache. I rolled over and saw something on my nightstand. It was some water and pain medication. I saw a note and picked it up and read it.

Bree,
I got you some water and medication for your headache. You were pretty drunk last night so I suggest you drink a lot of water today. Mum and Dad went out to go see the planner for the ball. They wanted us to go but I told mum that you weren’t feeling well so I would stay behind and watch you. Take some of the medication and come downstairs.

I put the note back down on the night stand and sat up. I took one of the pills. I stood up and realized I was still in my outfit from last night. I got up and went to my closet and grabbed my soft shorts and my mustache shirt and put my hair up in a messy bun. I walked downstairs to find Skylar in the kitchen with Stan.

“Look who it is.” Stan said. Skylar turned around and put a plate of toast on the island. I sat down and started eating.

“Do you even know what time it is?” Skylar asked. I shook my head no.

“It’s noon.” She said. I dropped my toast.

“Why didn’t you wake me up?” I said.

“Do you even remember how drunk you were last night?” Stan asked.
