First Day Jitters

Red's POV

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP

I groaned putting the pillow up to my face and covering my ears, trying to go back to sleep. It worked for a bit because I fell back to sleep, for a few seconds, until I heard the alarm go off again.

"Chloe can you please turn that off?", I mumbled annoyed, with my eyes still closed and the pillow still over my face.

The alarm didn't stop, it kept going and beeping. I threw the pillow off of me and sat up on my bed, rubbing my eyes and looking around, not seeing Chloe anywhere.

"Chloe?", I called out louder, getting up from my bed and heading towards her nightstand to turn off the alarm.

As soon as I hit the off button, I heard the bathroom door open, followed by a familiar voice I've grown to love.

"I'm so sorry Red, I forgot to turn off my alarm when I woke up", I turned towards Chloe as she started talking. It seemed like she had showered, since her hair was wet, and she was already dressed, with some low waist baggy jeans and a light blue crop top paired up with white sneakers.

Wait what time was it for her to be dressed already? I turned to look at the alarm clock and it read 6:40. I look back to Chloe who was getting a small makeup bag from her drawer and going to sit down at the vanity that our dorm came with.

"Why are you up so early? and why are you dressed already?", I questioned, as I head to the restroom to get ready as well. There's no point in going back to sleep sadly.

"For school silly", Chloe replied while putting on her makeup.

"Yea, I get that, but why so early? school doesn't start until 8:30", I said why brushing my teeth, having the door open so I can continue talking to Chloe.

"I woke up before my alarm, and couldn't go back sleep, you know, because off first day jitters", the blue haired girl said while chuckling.

I finished brushing my teeth and put my toothbrush back and started heading towards my side of my room and opened my drawer.

"Are you nervous?", I asked while looking for some clothes to wear. Why is it so messy?

"A little, but i'm mostly excited, to learn, and to meet new people...or not, i'm happy with just you being my only friend", Chloe exclaimed while turning to look at me with a smile. "What about you? Are you nervous?"

I was finally able to find some decent clothes. "Yea, sort of, I'm just bummed out we don't have all our classes together, only three of the five", I replied while going to the bathroom to shower and get ready.

"Yea, you're right, but at least we have lunch together", Chloe said, while finishing her make up and going towards the bathroom to get her hair products.

"Sorry, I just need to get this stuff, are you going to shower?"

"Yea, i'll be out in a bit"

After I finished showering, I got dressed, I wore some black low waist baggy jeans, with an oversized red T-shirt, styling it to make it look good. I stepped out of the bathroom to go to my night stand and put my jewelry on, it was 2 rings on one hand and 1 on the other, while I put a necklace that Maddox gave me for my birthday last year when I turned 18. I went to put on my white sneakers that were by my bed.
