Red's POV

The week passed by fairly quick, it was now Saturday and I was alone in the dorm trying to come up with the perfect date while Chloe was in practice for the Swords and Shields.

I decided to walk around the school to maybe find some type of inspiration.

I quickly got ready, I put on some low waisted baggy blue jeans with a black crop top and my white sneakers. I curled my hair slightly and put on my jewelry, got my phone and wallet and walked out.

I felt my phone vibrate indicating that I got a message. I took it out and saw that it was Chloe who texted me.

Chloe💙

C: hii! i'm on a break rn, just wanted to check up on u

I smiled looking at the message

R: hey princess, i'm just walking around, how's practice going?

C: it's good, there's this annoying guy tho who keeps trying to show off

This is what kinda worries me a bit, Chloe is, no doubt, the most beautiful girl I would say, in this school, so of course a lot of guys and maybe girls swoon over her, and I know i'm not the best person. I mean I came from Wonderland, there's nothing normal about that place. So i'm just afraid Chloe will realize that there's better people out there for her.

R: has he tried anything on u?
R: are u okay?
R: do u want me to go for u?

C: Red, it's fine, don't worry :)
C: he just tries to talk to me but i ignore him

I couldn't not worry, I beg that guy is really buff and good looking, i'm pretty sure he's athletic for him being in Swords and Shields.

I have to go get her.

No but maybe she will get mad that I interfered, maybe she will think I don't trust her.

I need to calm down.

R: i'm sorry, but let me know if anything happens

C: don't apologize, i have to go now, i'll see u in a bit. X

I continued looking down at my phone smiling until I bumped into somebody.

"I'm so sorry-", I looked up to see a girl kinda shorter than me with blonde hair and blue eyes dressed in a purple short dress with some sneakers on. She kept apologizing over and over.

"It's fine, I wasn't looking, my bad", I said about to leave to continue walking until she spoke up.

"Wait you're Red right?", she asked excitedly.

"Uhh.. yea, why?", I wasn't sure who this girl was but she sure did know me.

"I've always been so intrigued about how Wonderland is like"

"Oh yea, it's, you know...full of wonders..", I said almost awkwardly.

I didn't mean to be awkward, I just don't know how to talk to other people besides my mom and well, Chloe, she just gets me.
