Later that night Jason, Tara, and Tyler pull up to an abandoned Home Depot. They park far enough back and sit in the car examining the building. Standing in front is 2 men in cloaks, they're face blacked out due to lack of light.
"Are you sure this is the building you saw?", Jason asks.
"Definitely, the image won't leave my mind", Tyler says.
"It makes sense, the book said that they usually set up base in places high in discarded inanimate objects", Tara says.
"That was a awkwardly worded sentence", Jason says.
"Well this place makes me nervous, what if it's a trap, I'm feeling a real sinister presence that I'm not used to", Tara says.
Tyler turns to her quickly.
"Seriously, you're a vampire who hangs out in a vampire den and recruits people to join the undead, yet a hardware store is what feels sinister?", Tyler asks.
"Sometimes I wish you would go undead", Tara says.
"I would say same to you but I can smell the decayed body and cheap perfume from here", Tyler says.
"Enough", Jason says, "You two really need to learn how to respect each other".
"I respect Tara", Tyler says.
"I don't", Tara says.
"And you see this why I associate you with sinister", Tyler says.
"ENOUGH!", Jason says.
Tyler and Tara stop arguing.
"So do we just walk in there", Tara asks.
"No, we need an opening or we'll be targeted quickly", Jason says.
Tara looks toward the guards.
"Well it doesn't look like those guards are moving anytime soon", Tara says.
"Don't be so sure", Tyler says, "If my vision is correct, Gabrielle's about to give the Dokkaebi a performance of a lifetime".
Suddenly a loud scream is heard. In an instance the windows to the building shatter and come pouring to the ground. The guards standing in front of the door turn and rush inside.
"This is our opening, let's go", Jason says.
They quickly get out the car and run inside the building. When they enter it's dark and the floor is damp. Tara looks at the floor.
"Why's it so wet in here?", Tara says.
"A pipe burst in the store a few years back, that's why the store had to close down", Jason says.
"Well look, there's tracks in the muddy floor", Tara says, "I can barely see them but I know they're there".
"Let me see", Jason says.
He bends over and holds out his hand. He closes his fist and opens it swiftly. In an instant an energy ball forms in his hand emitting a bright. He begins following the tracks down the hallway. They lead him to a door at the end of the hallway. When they open the door they see many old tall shelving units creating a maze of aisles.
"It's gonna be hard to figure out which direction to go in", Jason says.
"At least there's minor light in this room", Tara says.
Suddenly they hear footsteps behind them. They turn around an a Dokkaebi stands behind them holding a long sword. He pulls his cloak off of his head to reveal his face. His complexion is green and he has lesions and bumps all over. He opens his mouth and his teeth are pointed sharp with fangs.
