"Liliana!" Lobin opens the door to the guest room and smiles widely as he sees Lily finish her task.
"Oh... You're back, Lobin. Where have you been? It's been a week." Lily wipes the sweat in her forehead.
"Oh. I just visited the Palace of Wisdom where Arete and Han stayed. How are you, my knight?"
"Oh... I've been cleaning the mansion." She chuckles softly, "our former servants were too old to handle these heavy tasks."
"Oh. Did Han and Arete help you?"
"They wanted to, but I prefer to do it alone. Do you want to help me?"
"Of course! I would love to!" Then he stared at Arete, Han and Faier, "you need to help too."
Han, "Do I have to?"
Arete, "Oh. I'm finished memorizing some enchantments. It's fine with me."
Faier, "Same with Arete."
"You're too lazy, bastard!" Lobin smacks Han in the back.
"Ow! You don't need to hit me! What kind of God are you?!" Han acted so helpless.
"You and your childish acts." Lobin smacks him one more time.
"Ow! Arete! He's hurting me! Help me!" He turns to her with a pleading face.
"Hurt him more, Lobin." Arete said nonchalantly.
"Gladly, my lady."
"No! No! What the hell?!" Han immediately uses Lily as a shield, "Lily, act like a noble and order them to fix their attitudes!"
"Don't drag Liliana into this, brat." Lobin cracks his fingers to punch Han when he's off guard.
Faier was still silent about what he learned about Han's past and his recent perspective. The boy wanted to change everyone for the better but as long as he doesn't have a physical body, the only thing he can do is observe them. He looks at Arete. He knows their leader and his first friend is also unstable deep inside.
He proceeds to look at Lily. Her past and consequences of what her parents did are chasing after her. Then at Lobin. Guxav clearly has both resentment and sibling love towards Lobin. He knows that the God knows it but chose to throw it away, so he can guide Han.
And... He tries to look at himself in the mirror, but there's no reflection. He wanted to see his face again without feeling any fear that he would remember more than being in the basement, having only one window to the outside world.
"Faier?" Arete approached him slowly with a smile on her face.
"... Yes?"
"Are you still thinking about Han's past?"
"... Yes."
"Can you tell me about it so I can have my own opinion and maybe help with your feelings?"
"... You don't need to ask for my permission, Arete... You're leading us."
"Even though I'm leading this group, I'm your friend before this." She smiles widely and turns to Han, "Han. Faier wants to clean the garden, I'll go there too."
"Oh? Okay. Do your worst." Han waves at her.
"Idiot Han." Lobin rolls his eyes.
The two of them start walking towards the garden. They also brought gardening tools with them.
Faier told the stories Lobin told him about Han. How Han left their small group to be the King's right hand man and uses Xian to her limits.
