A few days after unlocking the secret level and before they became my assistants, I called a meeting with the elemental spirits and the balancing spirit to discuss adding new rules.
{Me}: Okay, I noticed some issues with the rules, and I forgot to include something important. I will be adding some rules. But first, tell me the total number of spirits you have found or... defeated, earth spirit/Amber?

{Me}: How did you all manage to find that many!?
{the elemental spirit}: We sent the red and black spirits out for hunting and training.
{Me}: Alright. Anyway, how many do we have in total now?
{earth spirit/Amber}: The total count is 3483.
{Me} (Thinking): This will be quite a challenge to manage.
{Me}: Moving on to the main topic, we will now introduce an examination for the black spirits. If they pass, they can choose their path, whether it's becoming an assistant, staying within the organization, roaming the earth, being reincarnated with their powers, or facing judgment in the afterlife. In case of death or retirement, a new exam will be required for succession.
Two additional sections will be added to the exam for white spirits advancing to the red spirit level.

{Me}: The dark and light sections.

{Me}: Let's announce it in 2 days.
