Delivery Day

The next morning, Y/N arrived at the recording studio, heart pounding as she handed the cake to the receptionist. "This is for Han Jisung," she said, trying to sound calm despite the butterflies in her stomach.

The receptionist smiled, recognizing the logo of Y/N's bakery. "Oh, this is the cheesecake he ordered? He's been talking about it all week. I'll take it to him now."

Y/N nodded, a mix of excitement and anxiety bubbling inside her. She turned to leave, but before she could step outside, a voice stopped her.

"Wait, is that... the cheesecake?"

She froze. That voice. It was unmistakable.

Slowly, she turned around to see Han Jisung himself standing in the hallway, looking at her with wide, curious eyes. He wore a casual hoodie, his hair slightly messy from what she assumed was a long day of recording. He looked just as handsome in person, if not more so.

"Uh... yeah," she managed to say, her voice shaky. "It's for you."

He smiled, the kind of smile that made her knees weak. "I was expecting just a delivery, not the chef herself." He took a step closer, peeking at the cake box. "You made this?"

Y/N nodded, her face heating up. "Yeah. I hope it's to your liking."

Jisung grinned, his eyes lighting up. "I'm sure it's amazing. Can I... try it now? I've been craving cheesecake for days."

Before she could even respond, he motioned for her to follow him to a small lounge area in the studio. He placed the cake on a table, carefully untied the ribbon, and opened the box with the same excitement a kid would have on their birthday.

"Wow, it looks perfect," he said, almost in awe. He grabbed a fork and cut into the cheesecake, taking a bite. His eyes closed as he savored the flavor, and for a moment, Y/N held her breath, waiting for his reaction.

After a long pause, Jisung opened his eyes and looked directly at her. "This... this is amazing. Like, genuinely the best cheesecake I've ever had."

Y/N let out the breath she didn't realize she was holding. Relief washed over her, and she couldn't help but smile. "I'm glad you like it."

"I don't just like it," he said, taking another bite. "I love it. Seriously, this is next level. Did you come up with the recipe yourself?"

She nodded, still a little in disbelief that she was sitting here, in a studio lounge, with Han Jisung eating her cheesecake. "Yeah. I've been working on it for a while. I wanted it to be perfect for you."

Jisung raised an eyebrow, a teasing grin forming on his lips. "For me? Well, I'm honored. You must be a fan, then?"

Her face turned an even deeper shade of red. "Maybe... a little."

He chuckled. "I'll take that as a yes. What's your favorite song?"

Y/N didn't even have to think. "Sunshine. I love how upbeat it is, but there's also this warmth to it. It feels... comforting."

Jisung's eyes softened at her answer. "That means a lot. I wrote that one from a personal place." He leaned back in his chair, his eyes never leaving hers. "So, Y/N, do you always make cakes this good, or did I get the special treatment?"

She laughed, feeling more comfortable now. "You got the special treatment. But don't tell the other customers."

Jisung smiled again, this time more softly. "I won't. As long as I get more cheesecake in the future."
