"8. 50 please." The blonde chic over the counter said. I passed her my card and sat down waiting for my drink. I look to my left and see the most gorgeous, perfect masterpiece, I have ever seen in my mother fucking life.

I can't belive I'm moving in with my hero. He told me it was for the best, that I shouldn't live with my dad anymore. He promised he would take me to school and feed me so I said yes! I haven't eaten in a long time.
Mr. Xavier helped me pack and he put all of my things in his car trunk.
When we got in the car it was a really silent drive. My stomach groweled and Mr. Xavier looked over at me and mouthed "hungry?" I nodded and he continued driving stopping at a restaurant with a white chicken and red spiral in the back with big red bold letters that read "Chick-fil-A" I've never been here before. I haven't really went out to eat since my dad got aggressive. When my mom was here me and my family would always go out to eat on Fridays because of dad's pay check.
But we never went here. I would always ask my parents to go here but they said we didn't have enough money. On Fridays my dad tried to bring us to a fancy restaurant not fast food places. So I never really had fast food unless it was McDonalds.
Mr. Xavier gets out of the car and goes inside the chicken place.
I'm left sitting alone in the car with my thoughts.
Is my dad going to be okay? I know that he hasn't treated me well all these years but he is still my dad and I love him. I hope nothing happens to him.
My dad wasn't always like this. He only drank when my brother died. My mom left shortly after that because of an argument she had with dad about money. I haven't seen her since.
Mr. Xavier comes out of the chicken place, opens the car and passes me the white bag with the foam cup drink. I take a sip and it's Ice cold dr. Pepper.
It's really yummy. I thank my hero and he smiles at me and continues driving.
Once we got to his house I was dumb struck. His house is HUGE. It's a mansion!! How am I going to find my way throughout the whole house.
My jaw drops at the sight.
"The house is really nice" I sign and he nods
"It is. Here let me take your bags" Mr. Xavier mouths and takes my suitcase. I follow him inside taking my shoes off.
"Where can I eat?"
"The kitchen is right over there" he points and I walk over and sit down starting to eat.
Yummy! I do my happy dance and Mr Xavier chuckles and sits down next to me watching me eat. I pass him some of my fries and he shakes his head.

After eating Mr. Xavier takes me to our room. He says I'm staying with him for extra safety.
He shows me around the manor, presents me to all his employees.
He bought me a bunch of clothes all fitting me perfectly. They were color coordinated in my closet. The bathroom had a marble counter and a very modern look to it.
I've never been in something more beautiful.
Pickles was in my arms the whole time since we got here.
Oh I forgot to thank Mr. Xavier in person for pickles!!
I run downstairs towards him and place pickles on his office desk.
I sign "Thank you for the bear".
"No problem" he says and looks at me.
"Would you wanna learn how to talk?"
My eyes widen in response. I sign how?
"I can take you to a speech doctor. They might be able to help you have you ever been able to speak?"
I nod and take my phone out typing in something.
"Yes. I lost my hearing at 14." I show my phone at him.
"Oh okay. That's fine. If you want I can make an appointment for you tomorrow?"
I nod excited and he smiles.
"Good Night mi amor" (My love)
I wonder what "Mi amor" means. I want to learn Spanish.
I head upstairs and change into some more comfortable clothes. I don't have any good hoodies so I check Mr. Xaviers closet and grab a white one from his hanger. I slip it on over my head and lay in bed pulling pickles and the covers close to me.

I finally finish my work and head upstairs to see Lea sleeping peacefully.
Is she wearing my hoodie? That's cute.
I walk over to her, bend down and tuck a strand of her black hair behind her ear. I smile and kiss her forehead.
"Buenas noches Mi amor." (Goodnight my love)
