Chapter 10

Jas's new house.

Jasmine P.O.V

1 month later..

"I want this room pink and put butterfly stickers on the wall." I ordered.

I just moved into my new house in Orlando, Florida and so far everything has been smooth.

Aug decided not to move to Orlando because he likes it in New York but he will be here most of the time. Besides he just purchased a private jet so.

"Don't be demanding me to do shit Jas forreal" TJ said rolling his eyes.

"Boy please, I'm paying yo ass to do this. Don't fuck up" I said smirking.

My brother and some of his boys were moving the furniture into my house and painting the walls. My parents couldnt make it up here because they have to work.

So far Orlando isn't that bad, I live in a nice neighborhood my house is bigger then the one in New York and we have a bigger pool and a grill. So that's definitely a plus.

As I was observing the house my phone was ringing.

"Hello?" I said into the phone without looking at the ID.

"Why you aint tell me you moved?" Cori yelled into the phone.

"First of all, lower your fucking voice while your talking to me. Secondly I told yo ass a million times to spend time with Ky before we left and you totally ignored my texts and calls. So it's your lost." I said honestly.

"Man gone with allat bullshit. You aint tell me nothing" He fussed on.

"You know what Cori, me being with you was a fucking mistake. You don't want shit to do with Ky. When I saw yo ass at Shake Shack I shouldv'e kept it movin. Call me when your serious about being a fucking father" I yelled into the phone and hung up.

In the beginning, Cori took Ky to the park and out to eat but that all stopped when his hippo ass girlfriend had that baby. He stopped checking on Ky, stopped texting and even calling. So now I'm done.

"You good sis?" TJ said coming behind me.

"Yeah I'm good" I said sighing.

That really just ruined my entire day.

Later that day..

"Thanks so much T, I really appreciate it" I said hugging him.

"No problem and um Jace wants to talk to you" He said nervously.

"Um okay, I guess I'll be right back" I said confused. What does he want?

I walked into the front of my house where I saw Jace sitting on his car on his phone.

"You wanted me?" I asked walking up to him.

"Um yeah, I just wanted to tell ya to watch out" He said.

"What do you mean Jace?" I asked confused.

"I know Cori's babymother. She doesnt like the fact that Cori has another baby by a different women. So she's coming for ya. Look I'm gonna try and help out the best way possible. She don't know where you moved to which is a good start. You told Cori where you moved?" He asked.

"Nah I just told him Florida. So he's gonna think I moved to Miami or something" I said.

"Okay good, I'll keep you posted. I told T to put a security system on the house. You'll be good" He said.

This is beyond crazy. Cori doesnt even take care of Ky so why is she trippin?

"Thanks so much Jace" I said hugging him tightly.
