The sun spread it's bright light but Riya was still in deep sleep. Reema walked to her room and saw her sleeping like a log. She shook her but she pulled comforter to her head whining.
" Wake up" Reema hit her butt and went down as the bell rang.
She opened the door and Ravi was on door. Anaya saw him and hid in her room. Ravi didn't noticed her. He greeted Reema and looked around for Riya but didn't saw her.
" That sleepy head is sleeping in her room." Reema pointed and he ran upstairs.
He opened the door and saw her sleeping while pouting. He chuckled at her and sat on the edge of bed.
" Riya wake up. Freshen up. We have to leave. Grandma is waiting to see her little princess." He cooed to her and she adjusted to light and sat up.
" Why so early, brother?" She whined.
" Early bird catches the worm." Ravi sang ruffling her hair.
" Worm goes to hell." Riya pouted and walked to bathroom to freshen up while he chuckled.
" So she woke up." Reema said walking in and he nodded.
They went downstairs and she served him breakfast.
" How is everyone?" Reema chirped.
" Nice. They are missing you." Ravi smiled.
" Rishi had a match or else I would have visited. Anyways, now I am in India so I can visit anytime." Reema smiled.
" That's the best part. Akshita was missing you so much." Ravi said showing her photos and they giggled at her whining and stubbornness.
" Such a baby." Rishi said from behind looking at the photos making them turn.
" She is." Ravi chuckled.
" I am more mature than her. Right, mom?" Rishi said and Reema twisted his ear.
" She is same age as you." Reema said stern.
" I was kidding." Rishi grinned.
Riya came downstairs and sat beside Ravi. He smiled at her. After eating breakfast Ravi drove her to his home.
" By the way bhai, How are your friends?" Riya said while he was driving.
" Why sudden question, doll?" Ravi smiled while focusing on driving.
" You are ignoring Raj bhai. Don't deny it even you know it's truth and not us overthinking. So don't you dare lie." Riya said stern making him release a frustrated sigh.
" Is it because of Raj's father and Uncle's rivalship?" Riya asked meekly.
" Kind of. I can't keep ignoring it. I am trying to keep it aside and our friendship aside but I am failing to do so." Ravi said trying to brush off his uneasiness.
" Rather than treating him like that why don't you just talk it out and come to a good solution? Raj bhai is not immature. Yours and his friendship is not of 1 or 3 years but since you were in school. End it on good terms." Riya exclaimed.
" I will." Ravi smiled patting her head.
" That aside Akshita must be jumping from here to there like a squirrel she is." Riya giggled and Ravi nodded chuckling.
They reached soon and she was welcomed by a warm hug from her cousin Akshita.
" I missed you so much." Akshita smiled widely at which Riya kissed her cheek.
She greeted elders and Sharda engulfed her in a hug. Her Uncle Akshat shouted from dining hall.
" Today's lunch will be made by your favourite chef aka your uncle." Akshat smiled at her and she giggled.
