16."'Something about him?'

Aina's eyes locked onto kevin's, and her heart suddenly raced like a wild drumbeat.

She felt like she was drowning in his gaze, unable to look away. Just as she thought she might faint,

Jia appeared by her side, concern etched on her face. 'Aina, are you okay?

You look like you've seen a ghost!' Aina tried to compose herself, but her
voice came out in a barely audible whisper.

'I...I'm fine, Jia. Just little...overwhelmed.'"

"Jia's eyes narrowed slightly, her gaze flicking to kevin and back to Aina. 'Overwhelmed, huh? Well, let's get

you some fresh air then.' She steered Aina towards the garden, her arm around her shoulders.

As they walked, Aina couldn't help but sneak glances at kevin , who was watching her with an intensity that

made her heart race even faster. 'What's going on, Aina?' Jia asked, her voice low and curious.

'You're acting like you've never seen a guy before!' Aina blushed, feeling her face burn with embarrassment.

'It's just...I don't know, Jia. There's something about him...'" aina said
"'Something about him?' Jia repeated,

her eyes sparkling with amusement. 'Like what? Those dreamy eyes? That charming smile?

Or maybe it's the way he looks at you like you're the only girl in the world?' Aina's face grew even redder as Jia teased her,

but she couldn't deny the truth in her words. 'Shut up, Jia!' she laughed, playfully pushing her friend away.

But Jia just grinned, her eyes shining with excitement. 'Oh, Aina, I think you're in trouble! Big time!'"

Aina and Jia were chatting and laughing, enjoying the music and food at the cultural function.

Kevin and his cousin Ahaan walked by, but they didn't interact with Aina and Jia. Instead,

Kevin and Ahaan went to get some food, while Aina and Jia continued their conversation.

Aina said, "I'm so glad we came to this event, I'm having a great time!" Jia nodded in agreement,

"Definitely, the music is amazing!" Meanwhile, kevin and Ahaan were in the background,

getting food and chatting with each other, but not interacting with Aina and Jia

As the night wore on, Aina and Jia decided to take a break from the music and grab some fresh air outside.

They stepped out into the cool evening, chatting and giggling together.

Meanwhile, kevin and Ahaan were still inside, engaged in a heated game of cards with some friends.

Aina and Jia walked around the corner, enjoying the quiet and the stars beginning to twinkle overhead.

Suddenly, they stumbled upon a small group of people gathered around a street performer,

who was doing an incredible dance routine. Aina and Jia watched in awe, mesmerized by the performance.

As they watched the street performer, Aina and Jia couldn't help but clap along with the music.

The performer finished with a flourish, and the small crowd erupted into applause.

Aina and Jia cheered and whistled, impressed by the talent. Just then, the performer noticed them and approached.

"Thank you, ladies! Would you like to learn a few moves?" Aina and Jia exchanged a hesitant glance,

but the performer's infectious enthusiasm won them over. They nodded, and soon found themselves

laughing and dancing alongside the performer. Kevin and Ahaan, still inside, had no idea what they were missing.

As Aina and Jia danced with the performer, they drew a small crowd of their own. People began to gather around, mesmerized by the imprompt dance party.

The performer spun aina around, and she giggled, feeling carefree. Jia joined in, and the three of them

twirled and spun together, lost in the music. The crowd cheered and clapped along, urging them on.

Just when it seemed like the night couldn't get any more magical, the music reached a crescendo,

and the performer struck a final pose. Aina and Jia applauded, grinning at each other, as the crowd whistled and cheered.....
