Rude Buster (stylized as rude buster) will be the sixth full album with 10 tracks written and produced, and performed by Russian-Korean rapper Lyr Dokyeom-Ivanov. It will follow the most recent single Les released in August, and will be the newest album the rapper has released to the public. It will be the second of Lyr's albums to be released as a CD version, casette version, and vinyl version, the album SPUTNIIK being the first.
The album is already garnering reputation for being "ELEPHANT & oncle jazz's love child", many stating that the concept pictures and tracklist released for the full abum is a combination of oncle jazz's cute and upbeat tracks and ELEPHANT's unrelated concept. The album's tracklist has already been released to the public through After Party Entertainment's personal website, causing many speculation to arise at what the themes of the album could be. Many are waiting to see what Lyr has in store for this album, all on a high after the release of the very sucessful oncle jazz and les.
Lyr has branched out and collaborated with many other music artists in this album including Lee Youngji, TORIENA, Hoshi of SEVENTEEN, and Bo En.
News outlets like NME and Billboard already have things to say about Lyr and the upcoming album, news reporter Guinevere Reimi of GQ stating "Lyr hasn't disappointed us once, and I have a strong feeling he'll continue to bring unskippable, heartfelt albums to his fans─the excitement for Rude Buster is already building, and the hype is building along with it."
