Chapter 20:- Met Again!!!!

Ahaan and Ragini were moving along their respective paths. As they both stood in front of a beautiful hotel, they didn't notice each other and were just admiring the place. As Ahaan turned his face, he quickly removed his shades from his eyes.

"What are you doing here?" asked Ahaan, looking at Ragini.

"I can ask you the same question," Ragini replied, looking at him.

"I am here for my friends. Now will you tell me what you are doing here?" he replied, looking at her with a fake smile.

As Ragini was about to answer him, she was interrupted by a voice.

"Raghu!" Pooja said with a bright smile as she quickly hugged Ragini.

"Hi Pooja, how are you?" asked Ragini with a smile.

"Arre, I am good! What about you? And what about Laksh? How did your marriage go with him? Let me introduce you to my fiancé," said Pooja in one breath, with so much excitement on her face, while Ahaan looked at Ragini.

Just at that moment, Rahul came and hugged Ahaan.

"How are you, buddy?" questioned Rahul, looking at Ahaan.

Ahaan, who was surprised by the sudden news that Ragini and Laksh were engaged, was lost in his own thoughts as Rahul spoke up. He came back to his senses.

"I am good, bro. And this is Pooja, right?" said Ahaan, pointing towards Pooja. "Nice to meet you, bhabhi," said Ahaan with a smile.

"Arre, Ahaan, it's really nice to meet you as well. And Rahul, she is my best friend," said Pooja with a smile.

Both Ragini and Ahaan were shocked that they were stuck with each other again. Their eyes met for a second, and Ahaan immediately turned his face to avoid eye contact.

"Arre, but Ragini, where is Laksh?" questioned Pooja again.

"Pooja, well, it didn't happen," said Ragini with a slightly pained smile.

"Oh, I am sorry," Raghu said, Pooja with a guilty face.

"It's no problem, Pooja. It's just that we didn't work out," said Ragini with a forced smile while Ahaan looked at her. All this time, he could see the pain her eyes carried, which was something he had never felt before. So strange.

"Guys, let's go in. You both will be tired," said Rahul, looking at Ahaan and Ragini.

They all went inside and headed to their respective rooms. Ragini and Ahaan had adjacent rooms. In Ahaan's room, he was sitting on the bed and thinking about something.

"Ragini and Laksh were getting married, but the marriage was called off. Why was I feeling so sad when I found out that Ragini and Laksh were engaged? A smile came to my face after learning they had broken up. Maybe it was a different kind of happiness. But that day when I saw Ragini in a wedding dress, it meant it was the day of her and Laksh's wedding. What happened between these two?" thought Ahaan, feeling all confused.

Meanwhile, in Ragini's room, she was also pondering the same thing.

"Why do I feel relieved that I am not married to Laksh? Maybe it's because he loved Swara," thought Ragini as she sat on the bed.

The scene then shifts to Pooja and Rahul, who were sitting in Pooja's room.

"Rahul, I was thinking about something," said Pooja with a smirk.

"What happened, Pooja?" Rahul asked, looking at her smirk.

"Rahul, your friend Ahaan and Raghu can make a really good couple," said Pooja with a smirk.

"Are you stupid? After Rhea, Ahaan didn't give any girl space in his heart, and you think he will give space to Ragini?" said Rahul, mocking her.

"You are wrong, Rahul. Ahaan has already given space to Ragini in his heart. Just wait and watch; at the end of our wedding, Ahaan will propose to Ragini," said Pooja with her usual smirk while Rahul looked at her, confused.

"What is your plan?" asked Rahul, looking at her.

"You just wait and watch," said Pooja with a smirk and started doing some work.

Meanwhile, in Ahaan's room, he was still thinking about Laksh and Ragini. He couldn't control himself, so he started to move towards Ragini's room. He knocked at her door, and after a couple of minutes, Ragini opened it.

"Ahaan, you here?" asked Ragini, looking at him.

"Can I come inside? I need to talk to you," said Ahaan firmly.

"Sure," said Ragini, inviting him in.

As they both were in the room, the air had a different essence.

"Ragini, were you in that condition because of Laksh?" asked Ahaan after thinking for a bit and taking a deep breath.

"Ahaan, let's not talk about that. That chapter is over in my life. I don't want to discuss it ever again," said Ragini, looking at him. Ahaan could clearly see that Ragini was sure that the matter no longer mattered to her.

"Do you love someone?" asked Ahaan, looking at her, while Ragini was shocked by this question.

"No, no," said Ragini, stammering. Her heart knew very well that she had some emotions for Ahaan, but her mouth wouldn't let her speak.

Meanwhile, Ahaan smiled upon hearing this. They both talked for a while longer, and then Ahaan came out of her room.

"She doesn't have feelings for anyone. Do I have any chance? By chance, I love her. I don't know when this happened or how it happened, but it happened, and I need to say it before it's too late," said Ahaan to himself with a smile on his face.
