Bright's eyes were opened wide when he heard the sound of his door being unlocked. He jumped out of the bed and rushed to lock it back, but he came to a halt midway through when the door was slammed open and there was Joss, standing at the door, holding a bouquet of roses in one hand and a brown box in his other hand. Obviously the box contained the glass high heel that Joss had been carrying around earlier.

Bright stared at the man who had captured his heart for a while before he flatly commanded Joss to leave his bedroom. "Get out, Joss. Leave me alone."

Joss quietly turned around as if he wanted to leave

Joss quietly turned around as if he wanted to leave. But that of course would never happen. Instead of leaving, he carefully shut the door and locked it, so, he could have some privacy with Bright. There was so much to say, and he rather not have any distraction while conversing with Bright.

"What are you doing, Joss? I told you to leave. Not to shut the door and lock it." Bright shivered once he realized he was alone with Joss. He subsconciously took a few steps backwards, just to distance himself from Joss.

"Yes, I heard you loud and clear. But, I'm not leaving until we sort this matter." Joss stated as he slowly turned his whole body to face Bright. His heart clenched when he noticed the tear stained on Bright's face.

"There's nothing to solve."

"Yes, there is. You wouldn't be crying if there's nothing to solve." Joss retorted as he moved forward slowly.

"Yes, I cried. But it doesn't concern you." Bright replied. He refused to admit to Joss, it was Joss who made him cried. But who was he kidding?

"It does concern me, Bright. We both know it. And I don't like it."

"Then leave! So, you don't have to see me cry!" Bright pointed his right fore finger to the door, commanding Joss to leave the bedroom.

"Are you sure, you want me to leave? What if I tell you that I feel the same for you? Do you still want me to leave?"

"Do not lie to me, Joss!" Bright barked.

"Bright...I won't be here if I don't feel the same. I know, my reaction had caused you to think that I had rejected you in a way, but you are wrong, Bright. Yes, I did say I wanted to give up. But I said that because I wanted to stop searching since I have found you. And I backed off because I wanted to do it in a more appropriate way just to show you how I truly feel. So, I let you leave first, because I needed to buy you these beautiful roses to woo you who already hold my heart."

Bright bit his bottom lip as he diverted his gaze to the bouquet in Joss' hand while listening to him.

"I made a pact with my boys that whoever kissed me last night, I would pursue that person. And do you know why I made that pact? Because I believed that I would never get the love from my crush. But the funny thing is, it was my crush who came, dressing as a woman and kissed me."

"Your crush? Me? Are you talking about me? You have a crush on me? Since when? I mean...why didn't you tell me?"

Joss chuckled. "Because of the same reason. I don't think, you like me too." He said as he narrowed the distance between them. "I'm sorry, Bright, for being oblivion. I should have noticed it, but I guess, I am too stupid to realize that, it is not a onesided love." He uttered as he put down the box on the bed and held up the bouquet in front of Bright. "This is for you, my Mr. Cinderella."

Bright blinked. "Mr. Cinderella....Are you positive that I am that person? What makes you think I was that woman when you didn't get me to wear the glass heel."

Joss' leaned forward and sniffed Bright's scent with his eyes closed. "You have this special scent that distinguish you from everyone else. The same scent that I smelt last night when that woman kissed me. That's how I am assured, it was you last night without even let you trying on the glass heel."

"But

"But....if you want me to be your Mr. Cinderella...shouldn't I try it on as well?" Bright asked shyly.

Joss chuckled. "Take a seat then." He said as he waited Bright to sit on the edge of his bed, then went down on his one bended knee, taking the glass heel out of the box and carefully slipped it on Bright's foot. "Perfect." He mumbled. "You are the Mr. Cinderella I've been searching for." He took Bright's right hand and gingerly kissed his fingers. "Do you know how happy I am right now?"

Bright shook his head.

"I am so happy that I want to take you to the nearest church and ask the priest to marry us. Am I allowed to do that now?"

Bright gaped. "I....I...."

"Too fast?" Joss asked and he couldn't help but laughed when he saw Bright nodded his head. "But....I've been crushing on you for more than three years....ever since we enrolled in this University. I should have some credit to proceed to the next level, right?"

Bright smiled. "Hmm....I guess so. But..."

"Yes, Bright?"

"You need to meet my parents first to ask for their permission."

Joss smirked. "I will do that immediately." He retorted happily as he pulled Bright for a hug. "I'm sorry, Bright, that you had to suffer because of me and even cried for me."

"Hmm..." Bright could only hum, because if he started to speak, he probably would shed his tears again. Except that it wouldn't be the tears of sadness, it would be the tears of happiness. But the more he tried to hold in, the more it came out from his eyes.

"You're crying, aren't you?"

"Hmm..." Bright hummed again and he was embarrassed when Joss suddenly pulled away to look at him.

"Tears of joy, I hope." Said Joss.

Bright beamed as he slowly nodded his head a couple of times.

"Then, I will let you cry. But only for today." Joss embraced Bright once again. "I love you, Bright. Thank you for going such length just to confess to me. I promise, it would be so fucking worth it." He whispered as he tightened his arms around Bright who still weeping inside his arms.
