Nandinis pov :

The next day as usual me and mukti were walking school together joking around before and mukti asks me

Mukti : so nanduu .. tell me something. The new boy's got crush on you something...she asks nudging my shoulder..

Nandini : what no weirdo.. he's just nice thats all..

I say dismissing..

Mukti : okay .. what ever you say. How was yesterday?

Nandini : it was really good . We plays boy's bs girls and obviously we won. You missed it ... it was fun. You should have seen cabirs face when he lost.. hahah so funny . Well manik wasn't as dramatic as him but oh my god... they paid for lunch too . It was the punishment.

I say laughing remembering the fun day yesterday.

Mukti : hahah. .. I'll join you guys next time. Speaking of manik .. is there something you wanna tell me...

Nandini : huh... not really.. I mean .. Well.

Mukti : just spill it out ...

Nandini  : you know how we are .. always fighting and teasing. But since few days .. it's kinda .. I don't know.. I'm not sure .. May be I'm over thinking this .. but I kinda feel like I'm getting some mixed signal ??

I say confused.. and thinking over the past few days.

Mukti : you mean he's hitting on you ..

Nandini : we'll I'm not sure .. okay . I don't know if I'm getting it right but yeah.. I mean yes he flirts just to tease me but recently it doesn’t look like it's not  just for messing with me.

Mukti : you mean since Sid has arrived ?.

She asks smirking.  I think over. It's kinda true ..

I look at her with wide eyes .

Mukti : for a fact , I think manik always liked you .. Well you being you, you  never noticed .. with all the fighting.
And when Sid started talking to you , maybe he got jealous ..

She said shrugging her shoulders .

Nandini : that's not true... he doesn't like me .

I say looking her unsure.

Mukti just laughs .

Mukti : whatever you wanna believe kid . Anyways you don't stress yourself about it. All I'm saying is just notice things a little more . You might get your answers besides I ship it .

She says grinning.

Nandini: hey!!

She starts running and I chase her . Soon he reach school . We leave to our classes .

As I entered , I see mqnik surrounded with girls . It's so routine.  I just rolled my eyes and take my seat.

I see Sid beside me ,

Sid : hey Nandini! How was your weekend?

He asks smiling

Nandini : oh good ! I went to the arcade it was fun .
I reply .

Sid : oh and hey I made it into the team .

Nandini : oh awesome .

As we talk navya approaches and says hi to both of us.

Navya : Navya: Hey, guys! What’s up?

Nandini: Hey, Navya! Just catching up. Sid made it into the team!
