INT. UCHIHA MANSION – KITCHEN – MIDDAY

The silence in the mansion was heavy, punctuated only by the soft sound of Sakura's sobs. She sat at the kitchen table, her face buried in her hands, the emotional weight of her recent interactions with Hinata crashing down on her. The morning's confrontation had left her shaken, and she felt the sting of her own confusion and regret.

Sakura wiped her tears and decided to distract herself by preparing lunch. She hoped that either Hinata or Itachi would show up to share the meal, but as the hours ticked by, the kitchen remained empty. She set the table, her heart sinking with each passing minute.

EXT. BEACH – AFTERNOON

Hinata sat alone on the beach, her gaze fixed on the horizon where the waves met the sky. The soothing sound of the ocean was a small comfort, and she used the solitude to gather her thoughts and seek reassurance. The salty breeze whipped around her, a tangible reminder of the vastness of her own confusion.

As she sat lost in her thoughts, she saw a familiar figure approaching. Itachi walked over, his expression softening when he noticed Hinata's troubled demeanor.

Itachi: (gently) "Hinata, is everything alright?"

Hinata looked up, her eyes filled with a mixture of relief and desperation. **"Itachi... I need your help. Sakura is really confused right now, and I was wondering if you could take her out on a date or something. She needs a fresh start, and I thought you might be able to help her."

Itachi was momentarily taken aback, his cheeks flushing slightly at the unexpected request. **"A date? Well... I suppose I could. It's not like me to act so... flustered, but I want to help."

Hinata gave a small, grateful smile. **"You never act like this. It's kind of endearing."

Itachi looked at her curiously. **"Why are you alone here, Hinata? What happened with Sakura?"

Hinata hesitated, her gaze dropping to the sand. **"She's just really confused. She needs a new love interest in her life to help her sort through her feelings. I didn't tell you this, but... we kissed."

Itachi's eyes widened in surprise, but he nodded, understanding the situation better now. **"Thank you for letting me know. I'll do what I can to help."

INT. UCHIHA MANSION – KITCHEN – EVENING

Itachi returned home to find Sakura still at the table, the lunch she had prepared untouched. He took a seat across from her, trying to break the silence with a warm smile.

Itachi: (casually) "I hope you don't mind, but I had lunch with you since Hinata wasn't around."

Sakura looked up, her eyes still clouded with the remnants of her earlier tears. **"Where's Hinata?"

Itachi, trying to maintain a casual tone, answered. **"She's out. But don't worry, she'll be home soon."

As they ate, Sakura's emotions slowly began to settle. Itachi watched her with a mixture of concern and warmth. After a moment of small talk, he cleared his throat.

Itachi: "Sakura, I was thinking... would you like to go out for dinner tonight? Just the two of us?"

Sakura looked up, a flicker of surprise in her eyes. **"A date?"

Itachi nodded, his expression sincere. **"Yes. It might be good for both of us. What do you say?"

Sakura's lips curled into a tentative smile as she nodded. **"I'd like that."

Just then, the front door opened, and Sarada came bounding in, her face bright with excitement. She ran to the kitchen and hugged Sakura tightly.

Sarada: (cheerfully) "Mommy, I'm back! I had so much fun with Boruto!"

Sakura hugged her daughter back, her heart warming at the sight of Sarada's happiness. **"I'm glad you had fun, sweetheart. Let's have dinner together."

As they finished eating, Sarada quickly ate her meal and then headed to bed, exhausted from the day's activities.

INT. UCHIHA MANSION – LIVING ROOM – NIGHT

The house quieted down as the evening progressed. Hinata finally returned home, her face a mask of fatigue. She saw Sakura sitting on the couch, her mood visibly changed from earlier.

Hinata greeted Itachi with a brief nod. **"Hello, Itachi."

Itachi responded with a polite smile. **"Hinata. I was just about to take Sakura out for dinner."

Hinata's eyes briefly met Sakura's with a melancholic look, but she quickly turned her gaze. **"I'm going to bed early. It's been a long day."

Hinata made her way to her room, leaving Sakura and Itachi alone. Sakura looked after her with a heavy heart, the weight of the day's events pressing down on her.

As the door to Hinata's room closed, Sakura turned to Itachi, her emotions still tangled and uncertain. **"Are you ready to go?"

Itachi nodded, standing up. **"Let's go. I think it's going to be a good night for both of us."

Sakura gave a small, appreciative smile and followed him out the door, hoping that the evening ahead might provide some clarity and a step toward healing.
