Two twin brothers, Y/n and Stanley were walking home. They walked under a bridge and Y/n looked up as a pair of shoes came flying off of the bridge.

Y/n: Shoes.

Stanley didn't get the chance to say anything as the shoes hit him making him fall to the ground as Y/n laughed. Y/n helped him up and picked up the shoes.

Y/n: Are these Sweet Feet shoes.

He handed them to Stanley who suddenly smelt them.

Y/n: Let's go, Weirdo.

They left and continued walking when they suddenly hurt the sounds of police sirens.

Y/n: Crap.

The two took off running with Y/n very easily getting a distance on his brother. He turned back and saw the police car gaining on him.

Y/n: Give me the shoes.

Stanley: What?

Y/n: Give me the shoes I'm going to book it.

Stanley: What about me?

Y/n: They won't have anything the charge you with.

Stanley threw him the shoes and he keep running, the cop car eventually caught up to Stanley and he stopped and put his hands in the air. The officers looked at Y/n only to see him completely jump over the gate like some ninja.

He keep running about to leave the alley way when suddenly two cop cars came, block his pass. He didn't care as he jumped over the hood but was suddenly tackled as soon as he landed.

Y/n: Police Brutality.

Cop: Your pretty fast kid.

Y/n: You think you can get away with this do you know who I am.

Cop: No who are you.

Y/n: Oh you'll find out.

The cop wrote his eyes as he put Alex into the back of his car and left, he took him to his house where he met back up with Stanley as the two stood in the door as the cop knocked. Just then the guy that lives in the apartment next to them came out.

Guy: I'm glad you're here. This whole floor smells like stinky feet.

Y/n: I'm pretty sure that smell is coming from your wife.

Their parents didn't finally open the door.

Tiffany: What did you do to my babies?

Stanley: Don't freak out. It's a bruise.

Y/n(fake crying) they hurt me so bad.

Y/n hugged his still pretending to cry.

Stan: Can I just say right off the bat, this is a big mistake.

Grandpa: Don't say nothing until we talk to our lawyer! You're gonna be sorry you ever messed with Stanley Yelnats! Let me see that.

Their grandpa then yanked the paper out of the cops hands.

Stan: Just don't grab it out of their hands.

Grandpa Why not?

Stan: Because you're gonna make 'em angry.

The cops then started to look around at all the shoe that dad had, as he was trying to make a cure for foot oder.

Stan: Now, that is a fine pair of shoes. Could I just smell your shoe? How about if you take your shoe off, and I'll just...

Y/n and his mother both rolled there eyes as continue to pester the cops.

Cop: Check the bedroom.

Grandpa: Just a minute! Where you going?! This warrant isn't warranted! This will never hold up in court!

They walked into a 3 bed room and one of the beds was sweet feet posters everywhere.

Cop: Uh-huh. Here it is. We got him.

Grandpa: We share the room. How do you know that's not mine?

The cop looked at the twins.

Cop: Which bed is yours?

Grandpa:You don't have to answer that. We have the right to remain silent.

Stanley: I sleep here.

Y/n: I Sleep over there, so I'm innocent.

Cop: you still ran from the cops.

Y/n: You have no proof.

The cops left and later at diner, Y/n and Stanley were smiling listening to there grandpa

Grandpa: It's all because of your no-good, dirty-rotten, pig-stealing great-great-grandfather.

Tiffany: There is no curse on this family.

Stan: There is on the men in this family.

Their grandpa then started to sing the song that came with the curse.

Grandpa: "If only, if only," the woodpecker sighs, Please don't sing that song.

Stan: "the bark on the tree was as soft as the skies."

Tiffany: Please don't sing that song, not at my table!

Stanley: Ma, relax. I don't believe in the curse, anyways.

Grandpa: We're gonna need a damn good lawyer.

Stan: We can't afford a lawyer, pop.

Y/n: We could call Saul.

Stan: Cousin Saul couldn't make it all the way here in time anyway.

Tiffany: We don't need a lawyer, Stanley and Y/n will just tell the truth.
