"I want to talk about this upcoming weekend. It's regionals. Everybody knows how important that is" Abby begins as she turns the board around, revealing the pyramid for this week

Maddie Chloe Paige
Brooke Nia Vivi-Anne Mackenzie

"We are going to Starpower. You know that's one of the toughest competitions out there. This is what's going to happen for this next weekend. Cassie, new solo. Maddie, new solo. Brooke, new solo. Chloe, new solo." Abby tells the girls and Cassie beams

"The age categories are a little different, so we want to make sure that your dance reflects you as a dancer now, not the beginning of the season" Abby explains

| Every competitions age category is different. Usually, Chloe and Maddie end up in the same age group because they're only a year apart, and Cassie ends up in the age group below them. But this time, at Starpower, Chloe is in the nine to eleven age category, and Maddie and Cassie are in the eight and under | Christie Lukasiak

"We are doing a new group routine this weekend and everybody is in it, the entire cast. It is called Where Have All the Children Gone? This is a routine about children who become missing. You've all seen the children's faces in the milk cartons. It's contemporary, it's mature, and it's very dark. You have to be great actresses to pull it off. And they're all in white, like they're angels." Abby explains

"I don't want any discrepancies. I don't want any opinions." Abby says, mostly directed to the moms

"Moms, I'm going to go ahead and dismiss you now. We have lots of work to do. Girls, up. Let's get moving. Come on" Abby says and everyone gets up

They go to studio C to rehearse since studio A was being used for a class.

| I really like the group dance. It's really dark and creepy, and I do good with dark and creepy numbers | Cassie Kostopoulos

"Come in close, listen to me. You're dancing. You're doing steps. You're trying to listen to the words. You're not interpreting the story correctly. And this is very serious because maybe people in the audience have had a child that's gone missing, so you're going to touch somebody's heart. So this has to be a very serious routine. And right now you're just doing the steps. And we need to get past that, and we need to perform." Abby explains to the girls who nod

"Where have all the children gone?" Abby speaks the words as the girls dance to help them

- Three Days To Competition -

"Hey, G. You need any help?" Stephanie asks as she and Cassie walk into the studio

"Yes, actually. Would you mind helping me and doing the music?" Gianna questions and Stephanie nods. Cassie gives her mom a quick hug and walks into the dancers den

She takes off her pink dress, which reveals her yellow booty shorts and pink bralette. Steph already did her daughter's hair when she came home from school. It has one side braid coming from the right, and then all the hair gathers into a ponytail in the middle of her heads.

"Cassie, ready to go?" Abby asks and Cassie nods. The two go into studio B for Cassie's solo rehearsal

| This week, for regionals, Cassie is going back to her expertise, lyrical. Her solo is entitled Vienna. It has a bunch of turns, which is one of her strongest moves. Everything she does best is in it | Abby Lee Miller
